I was meeting up with my fellow parents to plan an upcoming Father Daughter Dance for our kids' elementary school. The music was really loud, so we had a hard time hearing each other.

We had very disappointing experiences at this Starbucks location. The cashier (a girl wearing glasses) was extremely rude, with no sense of customer service. Despite the store being completely empty, she would repeatedly say, ‘I’ll be with you,’ in a dismissive tone, and her expression was unwelcoming and borderline hostile. On a separate day, the same cashier didn’t even greet us (like always) and instead said, ‘I’ll be with you, I’m training this new person!’ I couldn’t help but think, wow, what could this new hire possibly learn from someone so unprofessional and rude? The lack of basic courtesy and friendliness is incredibly frustrating. It’s disappointing to see such poor customer service in a place that’s supposed to feel welcoming!
Baristas are always giving everybody dirty looks, breakfast items always out of stock & drinks are always made wrong.

If you’re going to charge me over 6 bucks for a MED drink then you can at least remember the receipt instead of looking at me like I’m crazy for expecting you to do your job. That’s why coffee bean down the street has you guys beat even though it’s farther.

There was only one person sitting there with her own head phones on. But the people were sitting outside I'm sure because of that. Than I requested for blonde coffee and it was so bad and super strong that I went back to the Counter twice to ask and have it watered down. It was very disappointing to be at this place and especially sitting outside on a cold day to avoid the extremely load noise. I don't know what else to say for the owner to realize that his staff needs some talking too. I have to say that the server tried to turn the music down and to change the way she made the coffee but I'm sorry the service needs to be looked at. We will be going to Coffee Bean and tea leaf from now on and no thanks to your service.
