This location is next to my house so I inevitably go here a lot and they never fail to disappoint. My drink is always made wrong and the employees are rude.
Also keep an eye out for expired product. The other day I tried to buy a bag of whole beans and they were expired by over A YEAR!!!

I stopped in during my run yesterday around 8 and politely asked for a cup of water. I was rudely told I had to make a purchase to get one. As a frequent customer, I was really disappointed by the lack of courtesy and basic hospitality.
It was a nice atmosphere, and very clean but they works don’t say much to you. They just toss your drinks to the counter and don’t say anything. They don’t give you straws nothing.

Hate to do this but man.. 11 minutes and I’m still in the line. I’ve worked jobs like this. Efficiency is key. We are ordering coffee. If I wanted to wait this long I’d go to in n out. It’s frustrating when I leave the house early prior to an exam and now im like great I’m going to be late.
I ordered a vanilla latte with almond milk and a pumpkin loaf, my usual. It was good, as usual. The service was friendly and prompt. I was meeting up with my fellow parents to plan an upcoming Father Daughter Dance for our kids' elementary school. The music was really loud, so we had a hard time hearing each other.

We had very disappointing experiences at this Starbucks location. The cashier (a girl wearing glasses) was extremely rude, with no sense of customer service. Despite the store being completely empty, she would repeatedly say, ‘I’ll be with you,’ in a dismissive tone, and her expression was unwelcoming and borderline hostile. On a separate day, the same cashier didn’t even greet us (like always) and instead said, ‘I’ll be with you, I’m training this new person!’ I couldn’t help but think, wow, what could this new hire possibly learn from someone so unprofessional and rude? The lack of basic courtesy and friendliness is incredibly frustrating. It’s disappointing to see such poor customer service in a place that’s supposed to feel welcoming!
Great customer service and great price on food

The employees keep getting paid more but do less. If you’re going to charge me over 6 bucks for a MED drink then you can at least remember the receipt instead of looking at me like I’m crazy for expecting you to do your job. That’s why coffee bean down the street has you guys beat even though it’s farther.

Starbucks: A Cozy Corner for Coffee Lovers
Walking into Starbucks, the first thing that greets you is the inviting aroma of freshly brewed coffee that seems to whisper a warm welcome. The ambiance strikes a perfect balance between modern chic and comfortable coziness, making it an ideal spot for both quick coffee runs and long, leisurely chats.
The baristas at Starbucks are more than just employees; they’re artists of espresso, crafting each drink with meticulous care. Whether it’s the classic Caramel Macchiato or the seasonal Pumpkin Spice Latte, each cup is a testament to Starbucks’ commitment to quality.
But Starbucks isn’t just about coffee. It’s about the experience. The soft background music complements the murmur of conversations, the clinking of cups, and the sound of typing on laptops, creating a symphony that’s both energizing and relaxing.
And let’s not forget the pastries – the blueberry muffins and banana bread are must-tries
