I have been going to Starbucks for 12 years and had the worst and terrible experience there. At first the music was turned on so load that we wanted to just leave the place. There was only one person sitting there with her own head phones on. But the people were sitting outside I'm sure because of that. Than I requested for blonde coffee and it was so bad and super strong that I went back to the Counter twice to ask and have it watered down. It was very disappointing to be at this place and especially sitting outside on a cold day to avoid the extremely load noise. I don't know what else to say for the owner to realize that his staff needs some talking too. I have to say that the server tried to turn the music down and to change the way she made the coffee but I'm sorry the service needs to be looked at. We will be going to Coffee Bean and tea leaf from now on and no thanks to your service.

Drive thru review only!!!! I've never been inside!!!Beautiful buildings in a beautiful area with new restaurants and shops being built but not so great parking area. If you've driven thru this area and through the drive thru, you know what I mean. But staff is always so friendly, and their coffee is delicious!!!And I love that this Starbucks is down the street from my house!

Staff was super rude, made my drinks wrong then made me feel as though it was my fault. I ordered (hot coffee) got (iced coffees). When I asked for it to be remade the staff laughed and rolled their eyes. After waiting for another 5-10 minutes never did I receive an apology and was instead asked if I had taken a drink of the iced coffees that they asked for back. Unprofessional is an understatement.

This location recently added an African American girl who does a terrible job, she can't say "Good Morning & Thank you" but she can speak to say "press for the tip". Im very annoyed every morning when I stopped by and she's there, all the other employees are friendly but this lady cannot even offer a simple greeting, and still ... she's expecting to get a tip. I'm pretty sure this morning team does not make tips thanks to this lady.... Please ... do your job !!!!! Pr find another where you don't need to interact with customers !!!

Went thru the drive thru this evening and staff was so friendly! They noticed my dog was with us and offered a pup cup, which she absolutely LOVED ! It's always so nice to have such great customer service these days as it is so hard to find! This is the best Starbucks in Bakersfield!!

This is my favorite Starbucks location currently. The drive thru lines aren't usually busy but if they are the baristas work quick and you'll be on your way shortly. The drinks are always made well and the food is always good. The workers in the drive thru love dogs, we bring in our pug and they're always happy to see him.
