Jocelyn is awesome!! We had a few drinks that didn’t come out just right, I called and she had my new drinks ready pretty much when I walked back through the door. New drinks were 100% on point! This wasn’t our favorite location before but she won us over and we’ll be coming here from now on. Thank you!!

They have an 80% failure rate. Shaken espresso not shaken, macha not blended, way too many mistake orders. On top of that service is slow. We literally live around the corner and we travel to the store two miles away for better service and drinks. Avoid.

I am a coffee drinker and rarely order tea. I ordered The honey citrus mint tea after drinking the tea, I threw the teabags away and noticed it was the chamomile mint tea. Now I’m sleepy with a lot of errands to run, School pick ups and practices. I wish they would’ve told me they didn’t have the drink tea I originally wanted. Instead they decided to give me whatever they chose.
I love this Starbucks, associates always make me feel good, they are friendly and they work really hard to have the orders on time.

I ordered a mobile order and it wasn't even ready. I didn't occur only 1 time but 2 times. They also got my order wrong 🤷🏻♂️

Very disappointing. I ordered a Venti drink with no ice like I had done multiple times before. They filled it up half way with drink. They made it extremely difficult to custom order a frappe, which she took the liberty to do for me. Very slow, very rude, pick another location.

Clean, friendly staff, 0830 on a Saturday morning, and there was no wait. Plenty of parking outside. Easy to navigate drive-thru.

Only giving a star because I have to. The shift supervisor, Joe was absolutely rude. I placed an order through the mobile app and went through the drive-thru to pick it up. She told me I had to leave the drive-thru and drive-thru again because they had not received it yet and she needed to maintain her drive-thru times. I did that and when I came back through she proceeds to tell me there's orders ahead of mine so I have to leave the drive-thru again. I then asked for a refund and every time I said anything, she would ask me to repeat myself and was absolutely rude. I would stay far away from this Starbucks and suggest customer service trainings for their staff. Now I have to figure out how to get a refund since she couldn't understand or hear me and I had to repeat my two drink order multiple times, even though I speak clear English.

Coffee tastes burned 1/2 the time. I swear 70% of the time I ask for a blonde roast I get a medium roast.

Perhaps telling customers when they order there may be a delay would help
