I would not recommend this Starbucks if you are looking for a calm place to enjoy your coffee. The shop allows dogs inside, some of which are clearly not trained. One dog in particular was unleashed and whining constantly. It was very distracting and made it impossible to relax or focus. Management seemed unconcerned about the disruptions. A coffee shop should be a place to enjoy your drink, not deal with constant noise and chaos from pets. If this policy continues, I can only assume that ALL dogs will be allowed inside.

They didn’t even listen to the order and then when I got my drinks and drove away the order was wrong. The baristas are more worried about talking amongst themselves then actually getting the drinks right

Lovely new starbucks, near our home. Staff is fast and friendly. Our barista Matteo is very kind and always has a beautiful smile and is ready to help. It's not a busy location. Very clean inside and beautiful decor. ☕️

Asked for hot coffee with steamed heavy cream - extra hot. Got lukewarm stale coffee with cold half & half. Raised their prices AGAIN for some really gross coffee.My fault I suppose. I knew I shouldn’t have tried again.

His integrity and genuine connection with customers are commendable. I purposely waited to write this review because Keith's dedication deserves recognition. Moreover, the atmosphere here surpasses that of other Starbucks locations. Living across the street from this gem is truly a blessing. Additionally, I've consistently experienced top-notch service at Starbucks, making it my go-to spot for quality coffee and excellent customer care.

Great service, indoor and outdoor seating and drive through. I submitted a correction to the location. It is on the south side of Stockdale, an entrance shortly before the light.

Ryan was taking care of us and he was so sweet, great energy, explained the drinks with a smile, and even said that if there was something wrong with the drink he assured us he would redo them till it was to our liking, as we sat down to wait there was sugar packets left there from a previous customer who had just left and Ryan with no hesitation walked right up and said, "let me get that for you, the customer had just left I apologize", and we understood, we waited roughly a minute but it was very quick and the energy was lovely as we were walking out he said come back if it's not right and we'll fix it and I just love how he made us feel, thank you Justin. Great employee, definitely should get a raise.
