Going into Starbucks today I wasnt sure what I wanted but I knew the size and flavor I needed usaully the Baristas are so kind and recommend something. This Barista at this location was so rude and leaned over, roller her eyes , and said" Im not sure what you want!" I told her you see annoyed at me I think ill pass. As I left I heard her yell out WOW!!!

My wife and I have gone to this Starbucks for last 10-12 years. Initially it had a great ambiance and felt like a special neighborhood coffee shop. About 4 years ago they remodeled. Now a display divides the entry floor, if you don't know where to go to order when you come in its very confusing. Holiday displays make it dangerous, hardly a day goes by without something being knocked over. The staff knew peoples names and we knew the staff. Now a barista with 2 weeks experience is an old timer. The mobile app often does not work even from the parking lot outside and the website often cannot find the store. It also seems like the drinks are now 12 and 16 oz rather than 16 and 20 oz--the prices are unrealistic enough without skimping on the content.

They have fast WiFi here and they know Starbucks's own refill rules, which many other Starbucks don't seem to know.
I ordered my drink through the mobile app and received it within 5 seconds of walking in. The drink was perfect and I would say that this is one of the best Starbucks that I have been to.

Both had the old stand by a Latte but was as always WONDERFUL! Had mine made into a skinny with 1/2 squirt of caramel and really can't go wrong.. Friend followed suit.. Perfect for a uick shot of caffeine

We came on a Saturday morning during the early morning rush. Our drinks came up quickly but our food did not. We had to wait 40 minutes for our food to be warmed up. Ridicules.
