There were two people in the lobby, the wait to get one drink item was 15+ minutes.. when I finally got it, there was inch+ of missing beverage.

I usually do not go to this Starbucks and the drink was horrible. Taste was nasty drink was half filled. This was suppose to be white mocha.

This is by far the best starbucks I have been too I visit here very frequently once in the morning and another in the late afternoon and I have only had a few mix ups but was tooken care of theyre always friendly and very welcoming I love when they know my complicated order and make it great every single time

Met a new friend at this Starbucks yesterday and had a small coffee and that small coffee kept me amped all day (caffeine lightweight here). The barista was friendly and helpful, even giving me a breakfast sandwich that he’d made a mistake on. That I enjoyed later on at home for breakfast.

Had a really great experience. The store was very clean and well-kept, which made it feel inviting right away.
The service was excellent—staff were friendly, quick, and got my order just right. It’s also a comfortable spot to relax, whether you’re catching up on some work, meeting a friend, or just taking a break with a coffee.
Overall, a great place to chill and enjoy some time in a laid-back atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back when I’m in the area!

Tried to go in to order but the doors were locked. The employees stood behind the counter and watched me walk up and try to walk in but didn’t gesture or anything. No sign or anything about a closed lobby either.

Definitely a Starbucks in a less friendly area. Locks on the bathrooms and no baby changing area. Staff were friendly but one of the reasons we stopped was because we needed caffeine and to change our baby. We thought it would be convenient.
It was nice and quiet inside. I ordered online and picked it up. The employee was really nice and friendly.

If your in a hurry and think going thru the Drive thru at this location will be faster service, well think again I was in the drive thru line with 3 vehicles in front of me. I placed my order at 10:13am I didn't get my order until 10:45am. I wish I was exaggerating with the times however these are honest to God times when I got to the window the lady that was taken the orders was also the one making the orders. I was buying a couple of coffees for friends at the nearby Costco I told them was took so long and they advised me that they stopped going to this location for that reason and.perfer to go the next available location on Rosedale HWY. I will start doing the same because as we know Time is Money and spending 30min in a drive thru for a simple coffees is not feasible and a lost of money

We're visiting from Washington St, where Starbucks was born. Though I don't frequent Starbucks, I do occasionally meet with clients there. Every instance has been pleasurable. Not so much here the woman was curt, and acted as though she wished we weren't there. My brother and sister in-law were quite embarrassed by the treatment. We won't be back.

We had a large group gathering here for some coffee and breakfast. Fortunately, they had a table that could handle our group. Coffee and food are consistent with other Starbucks. Staff was solid and friendly. Bathrooms are locked, so you have to ask for help if you want to use them.
