We went into this location to use a coupon for a $3 grande drink. The coupon was valid from 5/13 through 5/15 between 12 and 6. We came in on 5/15 right before 4 and were told we could not use the coupon. When I had asked them why since the coupon itself says it's still valid they told me it was only on the 13th and that they would not apply it for me. We ended up going to the starbucks on panama and Stine and they honored it for us. As soon as it was scanned it went right through, no extra steps needed. It's really frustrating that all they had to do was scan the phone and it would've come up but instead we were declined the coupon with no further effort to help us. Very poor customer service at this location. Will not go again.

This Starbucks has amazing customer service, great food and amazing coffee.
Kid-friendliness: The Valley Plaza Mall North Entrance Starbucks has all kinds of caffeine free Frappuccinos,kids hot chocolate, sweet treats for the kids and parents like cake pops, cookies, brownies or grilled cheese sandwiches, they have a wide variety and the customer service is amazing.

Placed wrong order online for my wife and the gentleman working 4pm Tuesday didn’t hesitate to make me the correct one and educated me on the difference. Great service from him !!

Ordered from friendly staff. Honey citrus mint tea was good but haphazardly made with string attachments still connected and just thrown into hot water. Bathrooms were not open. Few seats available. Lots of traffic and somewhat noisy. Never again for me.
