Great Starbucks to visit great staff or baristas I should say and made my coffee perfect.... This was from 2 years ago and we are now in 2025 and a lot has changed very ignorant workers yes they smile in your face but it comes with the job....

Ordered four drinks and they were all half way full venti.. and one of them was not even the right drink. Not sure what they were doing that they decided half full drinks were acceptable to give out to customers.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. I wanted to add a pastry to my order without it being warmed up, but the manager Kathy who was assisting me, refused to help. She said as a manger she decides if customers can add to their order at the window. Instead of simply grabbing the pastry and adding it to my order, she insisted that I go back through the line. The store had over an hour before they closed, it’s not like they were about to close. This level of inflexibility and lack of customer service is unacceptable. I expected better from Starbucks.

Manager gave me a free drink today since my previous visit wasnt as expected and he said "its on us today, thank you for coming back" . For someone who recently lost their job this is definitely an acr of kindness and made my day . Thank you soo much ?
2 days in a row i get iced coffee sweetened and it tastes like straight coffee. Full pumps please!!! The quick pumps don't get enough syrup in the drink. I won't ask for a remake anymore. I will just take my business down the street. Thanks guys.
