You have to make a purchase to simply get a cup of water. Usually they have a pitcher on the side in some locations. Anyway I just think it’s poor business sense to not give a cup of water to a potential customer without first requiring them to make a mandatory purchase. I was going to get something but felt why give my business to a mega corporation who won’t give a cup of water to someone. Rather go support a small business. Adios.

I tried to order a drink on ice and the server was right down rude. What a class act Starbucks!! Server actually said that they couldn’t do the drink. So much for customer service. Avoid this one with a 10 ft pole

I was sick. My husband ordered Caramel Macchiato less iced coffee for me. But my order was made wrong twice. When my hubby tried to complain Mangr but a boy named Kyal spoke very rudely to my husband,embarrassed him and asked him to go out. Please pay attention to your worker because he is spoiling your name.

I ordered coffee twice. Both times the coffee was ordered wrong. When I asked to speak to the manager a guy named Kyle put my money in my hand and asked me to leave. And I don't expect this from Starbucks. June 23rd! 4:30 p.m. Starbucks check their cameras. They'll know everything....

Thanks guys Edit: for the supposed owner, who wrote the review, your employees are saying that they cannot hand out the drink, whether what you say online. They’re nice about it, But Not cool that you would say something online and it not being true
