Went in and purchased a $22 small insulated cup. I ask if the young lady could wash it, especially after being handled by a bunch of people, explaining that it was for my wife was in the hospital after emergency surgery to repair a broken left. I wanted to put her coffee and it and take it to her as a surprise instead of flowers which die. Then I discovered that the manager said no he would not do it, citing some type of policy. Typical Starbucks. Good coffee drinks and non coffee drinks. Snacks and free Wi-Fi. Comfy chairs. Large. Like most coffee shops a bit pricey. You can get rewards for making purchases with a Starbucks gift or credit card.

Kid-friendliness: They have no caffeine drinks so the kids are happy but not climbing the walls.
Dietary restrictions: My ex wife can't have dairy and must have sugar free and according to her they are excellent.
