Literally came and sat for 10 minutes and I was approached to make a purchase. Like damn let me get situated. I was considering which over priced, processed, microwaved sandwich I wanted. To the girl who approached me you need a make over.

I always come here and every-time i do the workers at the drive through are rude and lack basic customer service skills. Once they almost let me drive off with a bag of food with nothing in the package. And they have no reason to have an attitude with respectful customers when they’re making better money than I do at my OWN customer service job. Makes me not wanna spend my money here. And they expect us to tip them? Pffft.

I always come to this location, and usually my coffee cone great.Last night I got my regular, and I was upset. My drink was mostly just ice, no coffee at all I always get the iced coffee with caramel and it was just ice. The cup was just ice so upset. It water down so fast, so disappointed

On February 9th I was at this location. I want to use restroom but there was a lady employee who told me if you want to use restroom you need to order something. . I told her that I was getting many orders from here but she was very rude to me. She refused to let me using restroom. She was very disrespectful to me. This was not happening here first time. No respect for customers.

can’t even complete an online order, missing items. they can’t even read the drink stickers, if it says line the cup why is my cup not lined with drizzle 🤨

When ordering through mobile they do a horrible job at your drinks. Matcha and sweet foam so bland. Shaken expresso tastes like burnt bitter coffee. Quick way to ruin your morning

The place is really not designed for a comfortable sit-down experience. So I went to my car to sit down finish my tea, I came in for a refill and the manager refused A refill price because I left the premises, even though I was technically still on the premises . I've been to a lot of Starbucks and nobody's ever done that to me
