Iced matcha with honey was excellentThe service, in the drive through, was also excellent. I inquired if the matcha was sweet and, was given helpful info. I had two packets, of honey added for additional sweetness. I enjoyed the flavor of the matcha. It was ready in a reasonable amount of time and cost about $6, for s medium, with a dollar tip.

The music is blasting terribly uncomfortable....even with Ear plugs that I put on....I just wanted 10 min of a cozy coffee pastry time but the atmosphere was audibly toxic. Please lower volume....it makes everyone uncomfortable and need to rush out of there. The speakers are NOT under the staff area....hallelujah for them.

A couple weeks back they gave me a cheese danish instead of a chocolate croissant.. Just today they charged me for a chocolate croissant but forgot to place it in my bag. During both instances I was in a rush so I didn't have the time to check nor go back and fix the issue.

Drinks were watered down. Not sure if they're not using the correct measurements but this definitely was the WORST Starbucks I've ever been too. Horrible customer service. Passed me a HOT DRINK with no sleeve so I burned my hand. Then as I asked why they did not put a sleeve on the drink, the barista turns and rolls her eyes saying "that's why they're right there for you to pick up". So I'm supposed to put the sleeve on after you passed me a hot drink that burnt my hand???
