“We arrive and immediately ordered drinks and as it's basically buffet style with skewers coming around you start eating. Twenty five minutes later still no cocktails and couldn't get the waiters attention. Went to meet him over near kitchen and he said he'd check on them. I walked to the bar and the bar wasn't full or even extremely busy. Sat back down and the manager came by to ask how our meal was and mentioned this to him and after over half an hour finally got our drinks. Sat and finished up dinner and wanted to order another and still hadn't seen our waiter so we went to front desk and told them we'd like to close our check and go to the bar and have a cocktail. He comes in with our check and said he'd just been extremely busy. There was no credit of any kind on the tab and of course had these tip suggestions after not seeing our waiter besides once. If the waiter was overwhelmed, the manager wandering around should've picked up the slack. Christmas Eve people....have it together.“

“I went for take out. I had a $100 gift card a client gave me. I ordered the FAMILY STYLE Chicken Picatta. It said it feeds (4). I got garlic mashed potatoes and a green side salad. It came w/(2) squaw bread loaves and butter. While it states Feeds (4), I SAY it’ll feed (8) EASILY!! Just add a bag of salad to the portion they gave you and you have a full meal for under $100 that feeds (8)!! The portions are so big and I had a ton of leftovers because I only fed (3). We ate on it all week!! Good choice and soooo delicious!“

“Apparently my first review didn't post and those that waited on me and prepared my delicious meal deserve a glowing review and gratitude. Visiting Bakersfield, I decided to enjoy a steak dinner with lobster. I rarely eat shellfish but this entire meal was past a 10 and off the charts with deliciousness! ??? Major yummmmm!! I also enjoyed the brownie dessert that was topped with ice cream and scooped whipped cream. Oh my goodness gracious delectable. I also decided to order a slice of carrot cake to go and enjoy for the next 2 days. I was pleasantly surprised by the dessert being sent home with me as compliments from the management. The carrot cake slice was huge and sweet and delicious and I ate off of it for the 2 days of my visit. I know this is long but y'all must try the Stockdale location of Outback in Bakersfield, CA. “Our waiter was so busy we had to wait for at least 10 minutes before we got our tea order the dinner for 2 order a salad it was terrible it looked like he just grabbed a hand full and put it on a plate with dressing on top we have been to this restaurant before and the salad was fresh and nice we also got a deserts I ordered the one chocolate ice cream on top and hot fudge to pour on top when we got out desert it was the wrong one he brought us a chocolate cake with a small scoop of ice cream I told him I did not order that one he said that had been discounted the one I order but it was still on the menu i think he ordered the wrong one and tried to cover it up that's what we think“

So tender I was cutting it with my fork—and that’s saying a lot because I love steak sauce… didn’t even need it this time 😮‍🔥 Paired it with the Steakhouse mac & cheese, which was straight comfort food perfection.
