I went to the movie theater tonight to watch Fantastic Four for the first time going to SMG my servers name was Logan he had given me the best experience at a movie. I will be coming back. I recommend everyone

Me and my mother visited recently and were charged 120+ on what should've been around $80 tab total. The 50% gratuity seems extreme, to the point where my mother is abrasive to the idea of going back.

Me and my wife ordered food and after it being wrong twice we said we didn’t want it anymore they charged us for our soda and took all the food off almost a month later they trying to charge us

Food quality has gone down, they take forever to give you your food really takes away from the movie watching experience when you have people coming in and out of aisles. I'm delivering food chairs. Also need to be updated. The leather is like peeling off.It makes it hard to find your seat when the numbers blend into the seat. Overall, not one of the worst movie. Theaters in town, but I do prefer the maya.

Every studio has always been a highlight for me, but this is actually pretty gross and outdated. This is my screwed up chair, once I pushed it up there was no putting it back, my gfs recliner had tons of hair in it, it took over an hour to get our food, not really worth an 87 dollar food bill for this experience which sucks cause I had been looking forward to watching superman here for a long time.

We use to love coming here but lately the movies have not been working and we never get a full refund. Today we went and saw the new Superman movie, it stopped working, and as we were getting refunded the manager at the front counter was very irritated with us asking her about not getting our entire refund for our tickets. I understand that it’s not always possible to make every customer happy, but to be irritated with a customer about not getting a full refund on tickets in our current economy is ridiculous. It’s a very special occasion for us to get time off and have the money to do something like this and that was unacceptable. Probably will not be coming back.

The whole concept is cool having dinner or lunch while your watch movies with decently comfortable reclining chairs. It was great at first I never thought the food here was amazing but it was decent for what you get, it all seemed well maintained. But today is a different answer, the seats are all weathered and some have holes and rips in them, the food is noticiably lower quality. The burgers here use to be my go to, but for some reason now they remind me of school cafeteria lunch. Ive had stomach pain twice since eating recently visiting. From now on im gonna just get popcorn because the food is a high risk hit or miss. It seems like theyre gonna add new improved chairs which is nice but they really need to change things up with their food quality because im not gonna risk it anymore.

I actually prefer Studio movie grill over Maya. The service is great and the theater and bathrooms are always clean. The food is good and the price is to be expected

Theater seats are worn out and dirty, with trash often stuck between the cushions. The “Men in Black”-style servers are constantly walking in front of you—though they’re polite and provide great service. Unfortunately, as others noted, you’ll likely spend the movie smelling someone else’s cheeseburger.

The services is great and food is pretty tasty. The chips for the queso and chips were stale but I’m giving two stars bc the chairs are very worn down and really shows the lack of pride taken into consideration to keep this place looking great.
