Today was my second visit. My first visit was great, good customer service from cashier & cook. Food was fresh & quick. Today was a different story. For having a customer service position, the cashier was pretty rude. I double checked about what came on the stupid fries, she reassured me it only came with whichever flavor I chose. My order was taking longer than she said so I stood up and started reading the menu for my next visit. I noticed the stupid fries did come with another sauce included. I asked her about it & she confirmed it did. So why would she tell me it didn’t before I placed the other?? I’m glad I noticed before my food was made. I finally get the food but once I get in my car & place the bag on the passenger seat, the tray opens & spills everywhere. The tray wasn’t properly snapped shut, I know this for sure because when I cleaned up I closed the tray myself & it’s definitely secure when closed right. Overall, I don’t think I’ll be returning because of today’s cashier Arianna.

Extremely rude personnel. The new hires are ruining the restaurant. If this continues I will have to find a new place. We use to love the restaurant. Now we hate it due to the people that are answering the phones and cashiers.

I ordered the stupid fries, but they must have left off the fries and just delivered on the stupid. There must have been at least ONE whole chicken strip cut up and placed on top of the barely existant mac n cheese! It almost made me wonder why they would even mention that they're adding chicken and Mac n cheese considering how little is present of either item! You're basically paying $17 for fries, buffalo sauce, and a drink. Is it the economy that is to blame for such blatant highway robbery!?

Ordered here for the first time and we got the stupid fries.they got our order wrong first.. secondly the wings barely had any sauce and they werent even spicy at all and we got the spiciest flavor. The atupid fries werent great either,barely any sauce and Mac n cheese,barely anything . Never going
Took the fam to eat here after some Christmas lights seeing, hit the spot, everyone enjoyed their food. Wings, tenders and the stupid fries were good believe it or not. The drawings inside were kinda stupid for my taste, but I guess thats the point.
Food here is very delicious. Great place to eat and I would recommend it to anyone who loves wings and the fries ? are the best. Thank you very great service. I always go back.
