I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at Subway. The employee, Prachi? I believe that’s how you spell her name ?was visibly irritated when I asked for simple things, rushed through my order, and made my sandwich sloppily. The whole experience felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed I didn’t even feel like eating my sandwich anymore Management really needs to address her behavior, because no paying customer should be treated that way coming from a used to be manager I would never let my employees have any attitude towards paying customers please address this issue!!!!

I visited this Subway yesterday and was disappointed by the cleanliness of the place. The floors were noticeably dirty, with visible grime and trash in the corners. The walls and glass partitions had stains and smudges, which made the dining area feel neglected. While the staff was polite (if applicable), the overall hygiene of the location made me uncomfortable. Cleanliness is a basic expectation in any restaurant, and unfortunately, this one fell short. Made me uncomfortable to enjoy my food

This subway is absolutely disgusting ? the only reason I gave it any stars is so I could write a review. There was hardly any meat on the sandwich they don’t go by the general subway polices. They forgot to toast my sandwich and add vinegar. Veggies were old and wilted, meat smelled weird and the bread was stale. I threw the damn thing away. When I called to ask why the quality sucked so bad the manager wouldn’t even get on the phone. I’ll never go there again and neither should anyone else!!!!

I’ve been to a lot of different Subways, this location is one of my favorites. Staff is always friendly, they make sandwiches great. Bread is always fresh! They definitely stand out from the others.
