Dude okay, the food is good, like it's subway u can't go wrong following steps.. but the staff..dear god. Ariana needs to relax, this ain't the navy and some people can't process being shouted at at unbelievable speeds. I can't go back in the morning now.

Ordered 2 bowls of broccoli cheddar and 1 turkey wrap double the meat. 1 of the bowls of soup had a long nasty hair in it. I don't remember ordering hairy soup. Just plain out disgusting if you ask me. Tried not to vomit.
Very nice people, well-made sandwiches. I only gave it 4 stars because there is no restroom or place to wash your hands, and the tables weren't cleaned very well. Also, it's not their fault, but there are numerous homeless people living in and around the shopping center parking lot, and one of them entered the Subway and was begging from the people eating. When they left, he kept asking for food/money from everyone.

If I could give less than one star I would. The owner refused to remake my sandwiches and refuse to refund my $60 order. I ordered through the mobile app they messed up all of the sandwiches they took it back and refused to make anything right. The owner's name is Sanjeev Khullar. He is a thief and a crook. He refused to respond to the BBB, and I'm not the only person he's done this too. If anybody else stole $60 from someone they would be in jail right now. I am making it my mission to get him removed as the franchise owner. I have pickets scheduled and I will not stop!I highly recommend the Subway on North Chester or the one on Rosedale and Allen because they are what Subway should be.
