There's only one problem with this location & I'm been living in the area for 20+ years & there's this pale worker that wears glasses... she's a BIG lady... this problematic WOMAN named SAMANTHA seems to have a hard time following simple mobile order instructions... she's quick to disrespect a customer & start an argument over a simple fix.. also her BODY ODOR is terrible you can literally smell her air from across the counter...

The sandwich was good but I couldn't help but have a bad experience. I have worked at a couple subways before and take pride in my previous employments. There was 3 workers there Anna, Melly, I believe and a young gentleman whose name started with an L. I'm assuming Anna was the supervisor on the clock and I was most upset with her. The gentleman was working the line and had about 6 people including myself waiting while more were just walking in. He was making 2 online orders and one of them was rather large. Melly was in the restroom and Anna was doing anything but helping. Got 1 customer 1 soup and changed 1 sanitizer bucket and wrapped 2 sandwiches while that guy was hauling trying to get food made. I told him he was doing a good job becaue I saw that he was slammed with absolutly no help from Anna. If melly hadn't comeback from the restroom when she did I was about to tell Anna to help him. I don't know how she is still employed there because she didn't even wash before putting on her gloves. Aside from my horrible experience with Anna, Melly was great she was quick and nice. The employees overall could work on the construction of sandwiches so the structural integrity is intact, but I've seen worse. ANNA should be fired and the other workers working the mid shift on April 22 2024 deserve either a better supervisor or a raise.

I've ordered online from this store many times, they consistently forgot to add ingredients (tonight forgetting the olives and pickles on my veggie). None of messages through the website are responded to and when I called the lady that answered had poor customer service attitude and seemed annoyed and just said, "Okayy?" When I said ingredients were missing.

Seems to be hit and miss. There’s times I received the wrong sandwich or wrap when using delivery. Sandwiches seem super skimpy on ingredients, even veggies. I ordered the Subway Series “The Monster” but there was nothing monster about it. It was lightweight and flat, mostly bread. It completely lacked double the cheese and adequate steak portion. It was also missing the bacon that it comes with. Super disappointing yet highly expensive!
It's the one I go to most often. I only come when I have a coupon. The staff is always friendly and does a good job. They change their gloves before every service.
