I've ordered online from this store many times, they consistently forgot to add ingredients (tonight forgetting the olives and pickles on my veggie). None of messages through the website are responded to and when I called the lady that answered had poor customer service attitude and seemed annoyed and just said, "Okayy?" When I said ingredients were missing.

Seems to be hit and miss. There’s times I received the wrong sandwich or wrap when using delivery. Sandwiches seem super skimpy on ingredients, even veggies. I ordered the Subway Series “The Monster” but there was nothing monster about it. It was lightweight and flat, mostly bread. It completely lacked double the cheese and adequate steak portion. It was also missing the bacon that it comes with. Super disappointing yet highly expensive!

Everytime we odrer through the app our food is wrong, happened today. The employee tried to argue with us that what we odered is not whst we are talking about. When the receipt is printed word for word how we wanted our order. They can't read,don't care,or just think they can make the sandwiches all the same ,so they are ready quick,something needs to change.
This place is a Rip off 19 bucks for a sub 1ft long yeah I guess they have new owners I will not be returning to the oswell subway 0 stars and the Manager he needs to go to manager training school because he can't manage very very poor not recommending this
