This restaurant does not follow the Subway guidelines for making sandwiches and will shorten your portions of the original sandwich if you use a coupon. I ordered the beast, which came with almost half the amount of meat I know is supposed to go on there and when confronted about this, the worker said “with coupons that’s how the sandwich comes” which doesn’t follow Subway rules. Highly
Disappointed in the owner encourages this type of behavior and won’t be eating here again.

This is one of my worst experiences. I ordered online, order was supposed to be ready at 5:35 pm. When I went to pick up the order at 5:40 the workers had not even started the order. I asked how much longer, at 6 pm I finally received my order. It was dry and minimal meat as well as the rest their sandwich didn’t even have a full slice of bread. Customer service was a severe disappointment.

I ordered a sandwich from the app. I then went to pick it up and noticed that my sandwich was open in the bag, they did not put stickers to keep closed. So I asked the manager Sheena for another sheet of paper to rewrap it. Once to that point I noticed that my sandwich was extremely light on meat and cheese, having ordered their beast sandwich it was very noticeable... I reviewed the receipt and it says it has x amount of this and x amount of that, which was never put in my sandwich. I brought it up to the manager and she said because I got a coupon on the app for half off she only put half the ingredients in my sandwich... I will never go to this Subway again...

Im sorry been eating subway my whole life. But the updated menu where u cant choose your own ingredients is stupid. And i believe the most expensive sub was around $14? Just cause you have a robot meat slicer doesnt mean your quality went up lol. Remember $5 footlongs? Me too….

This is very devastating to write, I always love subway, but I hate this one. They are always out of things and tell me last minute. The guy working had left hair in my food, and when I asked him to make me another one, he acted like he didn’t know what was going on ; considering his English was really bad . The new management they have was nothing like before. I thought I can give it a chance again but my sandwich was not even close to right.. at all but I was already frustrated when I seen there was hair sticking out. They need to get this together very rude and unprofessional. Anyways I hopes this help anyone wanting to go here

Out of all the Subways I've been to, the service was the best.
This is the worst restaurant.
If I could I would give it minus the girl behind the counter continue to touch everything with her glove's on them try to touch my food and anytime I ask for something she act like I was bothering her and i ack for avocado for an 12inch she put 4slices on it and it was brown wouldnt recommend this subway in the town and contry village was there on 03/23/2023 @830pm you gauys need to retrain your worker

This store picks and chooses which coupons or will accept. That doesn't work for me. I won't be back.
This subway is amazing because of their customer service! A few weeks ago I ordered food through the app, I have been using the app for a while now, but this time there was a glitch where it double charged me. Jenny was the associate in the restaurant who caught it and told me. Now this has nothing to do with this location but there is no way to get a hold of a person or reach customer service person for the app and after almost 2 weeks I thought I has lost that money forever since no one ever replied to the multiple messages that I had sent subway. I tried the actual store to see if maybe someone could help me and Jenny remembered me and helped me with a solution. Her customer service went above and beyond and I was able to get the issue resolved with her help. She is exactly the type of person who Subway wants, she is a dream. Subway if you do not give her a raise, promote her, or give her gratitude in some way...I swear, I almost swore to never eat subway again. She helped me when Subway corporate could not. Thank you Jenny, you and your coworkers always offer a smile and a warm welcome whenever I come into the store. Absolutely the best customer service out there!
