They will over charge you for everything one day I'm being charged 10$ for a 6 inch and chips next day I'm being charged $12 also there was a fly stuck on the avocado and I saw her turn around cut the fly off and give me the same avocado that was contaminated $12 for the same items I was charged 10 dollars the day before and the women that work here seem to be always on their periods terrible customer serviceDo not go here

Unbelievable. I bought 2 footlong sandwiches. First we opened my wife's and the tuna was so thin she had to make one 6in. Then I opened mine which was Sandwich with pepperoni, salami and ham and it was like eating bread. The most greedy place I've ever seen. I'll never go here again. They literally put one of each meat and it didn't even cover the bread. I couldn't even make a six inch and it was a three meat sand which. I tried to call no wonder their phone doesn't work. I'll probably stop by and find the manager. What a rip off. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. The gosford one actually puts too much meat.

If I could I would give it minus the girl behind the counter continue to touch everything with her glove's on them try to touch my food and anytime I ask for something she act like I was bothering her and i ack for avocado for an 12inch she put 4slices on it and it was brown wouldnt recommend this subway in the town and contry village was there on 03/23/2023 @830pm you gauys need to retrain your worker

Refused to accept a coupon that is accepted on their app. DO NOT GO HERE. Was here 3 months ago with the same coupon and was accepted but now saying it won't work with the same sandwich I got last time and works on the app.

This subway is amazing because of their customer service! A few weeks ago I ordered food through the app, I have been using the app for a while now, but this time there was a glitch where it double charged me. Jenny was the associate in the restaurant who caught it and told me. Now this has nothing to do with this location but there is no way to get a hold of a person or reach customer service person for the app and after almost 2 weeks I thought I has lost that money forever since no one ever replied to the multiple messages that I had sent subway. I tried the actual store to see if maybe someone could help me and Jenny remembered me and helped me with a solution. Her customer service went above and beyond and I was able to get the issue resolved with her help. She is exactly the type of person who Subway wants, she is a dream. Subway if you do not give her a raise, promote her, or give her gratitude in some way...I swear, I almost swore to never eat subway again. She helped me when Subway corporate could not. Thank you Jenny, you and your coworkers always offer a smile and a warm welcome whenever I come into the store. Absolutely the best customer service out there!

Worst Subway I've been to in the United States. It seems like they are very concerned about the money and skimped out on the meat and veggies. Then when I said I had a coupon she said that my sandwich is not eligible for the coupon, but I've used the coupon at every other location with no issue. Really took the joy out of my lunch.
Every time I have eaten here I have gotten sick. I have no idea why. I don't have any allergies. I am lactose intolerant, but usually one piece of cheese doesn't do anything to me. The customer service has been ok. I really don't have any complaints. I just know that I can't ever go back here. I got sick on more than one occasion and I won't ever go back.

I've eaten at Subways all over the United States. I've never been compelled to write a review about one until this store. It appears that the manager or owner is so short sighted about making money that they make horrible sandwiches. I get a foot-long veggie delight most of the time. In order to make this sandwich good, there needs to be plenty of veggies and moisture. At this story, they basically refuse to put more veggies on the sandwich no matter how much you ask them to add more. In addition their body language illustrates that they think your request is unreasonable. The employees also appear to be afraid that they will be scolded if the manager/owner sees them being generous. Thankfully, there is another Subway only a little way...we choose that one

This is the worst Subway we have ever gone to. We have tried and tried this Subway and every time they get the sub wrong or are really chintzy with the dressings or veggies etc. It doesn't seem to matter how friendly you are to the people behind the counter they don't care whether your happy with their Sub. They consistently seem only interested in the money you pay them not the service or the product they sell to you. Since these are franchised I would recommend doing your research and make sure any Subway that is owned by the same people you stay clear of. They don't seem to understand that valuing the customer and taking pride in your product draws consumers. We literally have started driving way out of our way now to get our Subway sandwiches. We are wondering how worth it is it for a healthy fast food. Hmm, probs not worth it to do very often. We just aren't frequenting Subway much anymore because of it. Such a shame. I wonder what Subway Corporate offices would think of it?
