Came by this evening and had the privilege of being helped by Jonatian! He was running the show by himself during the dinner rush hour (the line did not slow down, constant while I was there).I cannot begin to tell you how amazing he was!✅ He made sure to greet all customers.✅ Store was tidy!✅ Food orders were accurate!And did I mentioned he had to ring us up as well!!I have not seen this kind of work ethic in a young adult in a very long time. It was refreshing!Subway - let’s highlight this young man & get him some help during the rush hour!

Subway is fine. Problem with this spot is they staff 1 person at a time. Get in line behind a family of 4 and a trip that should take 5 minutes end up taking 30. This subway needs to staff this restaurant properly or close.

Great service by a female employee (sorry, didn't get her name; wears glasses)! She greeted us right when we walked in, made small talk with us, made our sandwiches and rang us up... no hiccups. She was very friendly, beyond the usual standard customer service you expect to receive. I told her that because of her, her spot was going to receive a good Yelp review. She was surprised by my praise and very appreciative.

I have never been as disappointed with a Subway sandwich as I am today.I ordered a Monster footlong sandwich for delivery. Which means I pId through the nose. But, I was willing to do so because I wanted the sandwich.HUGE mistake.The Monster is supposed to have thick juicy steak and bacon. When you pay nearly $17 for a sandwich you expect to get what you pay for.Look at the pictures. Where in the world is the thick steak? For that matter, where in the world is the bacon.There is one piece of bacon broken in half. There is, at most, 2 ounces of thinly sliced WELL done, roast beef.If I was a vegetarian, this sandwich would have been perfect.Finally, I chanced my order from mozzarella cheese to pepper jack. My sandwich had mozzarella. If you are a vegetarian I highly recommend this Subway because they cheat you on the meat. If you like meat, go somewhere else.

So glad they had the veggie patty subs. We first went to the Subway on Olive and Coffee and they no longer carry it...so we called and went to one that still had it. And the broccoli cheese soup was so good. I wish they had even more vegetarian meat substitutes.

This is the best Subway in Bakersfield hands down. Chris has the greatest customer service. He is always pleasant when we go in there and he knows us by our sandwiches which makes it even better. When this store is packed the teamwork of the staff is amazing. I go often and have not had a bad experience due to the great staff that ensure cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
