Really surprised to see on multiple occasions only 1 worker to run the whole place 1 worker to handle all order being online pick up and in store is unbelievable. Just today I went after waiting over 20 min and the 1 worker was still not done with pick up orders I walked out as did 2 other customers who were in store waiting to order it is unbelievable and unprofessional to schedule 1 individual to run a whole store unrealistic work expectations

Arrogant owner. Rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. He rushes you through your order, makes you feel anxious, and barely adds any veggies—everything is skimpy, and he acts like you’re a bother for even being there. I’ve seen him be openly disrespectful to older customers, impatient with large orders, and visibly annoyed anytime more than two people are in the store. If you can’t handle running a business with basic respect and kindness, maybe you shouldn’t be running one at all.

the mobile ordering at this location is trash. when asking for extras (like pickles or olives) they only add like 2 or 3 more. plus, it's obvious they skip out on the portioning of the meat when it comes to the Subway Club. all the other locations can get it right, except for this one.

These workers take their sweet time I’d recommend a different location
I went to Subway 3 times the other day, for 1 order. They didn't give us the extra meatballs we paid for, so we went back. Then I realized the other sandwich we bought had (untoasted) bread that was comically hard and old, so we went back again. The two girls were so busy being offended and scoffing at us, barely listening to what we said (which included "sorry for the trouble") that they actually remade the wrong sandwich. They made us feel bad for coming back into the store even though they did everything wrong that they possibly could. At this point I counted my losses and went home, we will find a new subway to order from. I submitted the order number to the website, but doubt they'll get any repercussions.

Arrived at 10:30 stood there for 15 minutes, was not greeted or acknowledged. Employees ignored us and continued making mobile orders. I left and didn’t order because of how unwelcoming the employees were.
