This subway got one order wrong twice! I ordered a chicken teriyaki protein bowl for pickup, and the first time it had no chicken. Weird thing to miss on a chicken teriyaki meal. We called, and the girl gave us attitude and told us we had to bring it back to get it corrected. My friend went and picked it back up for me, and now it has chicken, but no cheese or oregano. This location can't get your order correct unless you're there to watch them make it.

I came here for lunch after day camp with my 4 kids. There were 5 people ahead of us in line, but the staff moved quickly, got everyone served with a smile, and checked us out in no time. Really appreciated the great service and friendly attitude,made lunch so much easier with kids in tow!

The food is fine. It’s subway you get what you get. But some of the staff is absolutely rude. How are you going to catch an attitude with a customer when YOU made the mistake? And want to be confident “I made that order”, yes and YOU MADE IT WRONG. no apologies or remorse. Just confident and wrong. Don’t expect to get far in life when you can’t be corrected without being offended ma’am.

My experience eating here was not all that great judging by the work environment. A worker by the name Alissa, was being very rude to customers and from the looks of it to her coworkers as well. It was very uncomfortable to see however a worker by the name Emma, was professional and gave me better customer service. I hope to see a better atmosphere the next time I come to this location, it would’ve made my experience worth 5 stars.

Young girls running the store and don’t know how to have customer service. I placed an order at the wrong location and they are denying helping me get my refund and I once worked for subway too you have to do it in store. Called my bank and they said to contact the merchandise and subway keeps lying about manager not being in. I overheard in the background “say managers not here” robbing me from my refund. Caller was unprofessional and yet still I’m not getting a refund.

The woman currently working asked us to give her a moment cause she had online orders, we were fine to wait. She was making 4 sandwiches with the same meat on each one. Took 10 mins to just cut the bread open and add the meat and cheese. After toasting took an additional 3-5 mins just putting spinach and olives. Seemed to be intentionally slow at every task for each sandwich.
