Food was not very good and service was good and the atmosphere was a blah kind of feeling. Very skimpy on the food and the seemed stale and hard.

I ordered online July 2, 2025 and they didn’t have what I ordered and I was still charged. I ordered two of the footlong chocolate chip cookies and they didn’t have them. Every time I go in they are never available. Why are they still available on the menu? Why was I still able to order online for the footlong chocolate chip cookies if they don’t have them? I was still charged for them. I go there frequently but after this, I will conduct my business at another location. This is unacceptable, they should of at least took it off my charges or added a ten dollar subway card to use later.

Been here twice and thats enough for me. Lady behind the counter has been rude both times. Food is good I guess. Will make the trip to the downtown one from now on.

Employee was rude and on the phone the whole time with head phones in was talking about customers with whoever she was on the phone with on top of that, my sandwich was made wrong ruined my experience never coming back to this subway simply for that reason

Lady behind the counter was on her phone the whole time she took my order. I ordered a chicken salad wrap and not sure you could call it that (chicken with mayo only). The lady made it with flat bread instead of tortilla. She was so busy talking on her phone to understand I was trying to tell her it was wrong. Ordered cookies and think they were days old (dry and hard). I will never go back to his location.

They like to close 30 mins before there posted closong time shameful, twice i have been there and they closed 30 mins prior to closing. Should just close this one anyways
Lady running it was super rude. Very tight with veggies, I cancelled my salad because the put half a handful of lettuce, I watched two people in front of me order sandwiches and have to continually ask for a little bit more veggies because there was hardly any on. The way she handed them out you would think that she gets paid by how much is left at the end of the night.
