There are two hard working woman working at this location but there is one lazy older lady ( I donât know what she is ) maybe manager? Literally leaning on the counter on her phone and I walk in she doesnât even notice. I go to the counter (unfortunately didnât get a name) but woman helps me and is super nice and I ask her âwhy is she on her phone ? And she pauses and just says I donât know ⊠and continues to help me. The lady didnât even have her Uniform on. She had a colorful wardobe acting like she didnât care about the business.. like she HAD TO BE THER. Thatâs what really ticked me off with the way she was presenting herself. Thereâs personal time.. and company time.. that older lady with the colorful dress working at subway is the reason people donât come back. . Today is Oct 1, 2025 at 1:00 pm. Youâll know who the problem is.

Nope I won't going here again either. The same owner lady gave me less meatballs on my sandwich than she is supposed to and didn't let the crew fix it either even though they tried to. Clean up your act lady.

I used to visit this location weekly, but unfortunately, I will no longer be returning. The service has become consistently unfriendly and unprofessional. The vegetables and bread appear to be several days old, which is unacceptable. Additionally, there is a womanâwho seems to be the managerâsitting in the corner who is not wearing a uniform, and frequently on her phone. When I approached her to pay, she was dismissive and rude. I will be reporting these concerns to corporate.
Want to say thank you to Jayne. Great service, friendly and was able to make my subway sandwich right away even though they were 10min from closing.
