I online order my birthday free cookie they not give to me… I never eat cookie from there Curb pick up but nobody come out like 10min my sandwich is cold..

the manager or person in charge has a nasty attitude, also really clingy with the food, as where I have seen her make the same sandwiches for other people but with more food. I prefer going to white lane even though is further away.

Service was horrible . The older women that works in the morning needs a good reality check! her service was horrible . i can’t believe the service i received being the fact me and a couple other people have been regulars for the last couple months we come at least 2 times a week and get treated so horribly we used to love this location and now it is the worst ! she doesn’t even wear uniform looks like a customer just hopped in the back and started working . asked to use coupons and was told no we couldn’t because they were not valid even though i just received them in the mail yesterday. she doesn’t even smile when people enter no greeting or anything . and the young girl working the morning is the sweetest ever , very helpful . so sad to see this establishment turn into this

BAD SERVICE! My order was stolen and the worker Mandeep refused to remake it or refund it. She accused me of trying to scam her since the girl who took it left seconds before I arrived. I even showed her my order confirmation through the subway app and my payment receipt, she still refused and wouldn't give me managements info. How is it my fault my order was stolen? I work in fast food and that service is not how you take care of your customers. I won't be returning.

This is for the 4500 Gosford Road location! I stopped using the app.The last time ,which was several months ago. I used my debit card which, I hadn't used in months. This is NOT subway's fault but the next day, I checked my account to see that the purchase from Subway cleared and saw three charges for very small amounts from Amazon saying Prime. Well I don't have Prime and Prime isn't $2.+ charges. My account was being phished! I contacted Amazon, who confirmed, it was not them. I got my money back. It was almost $15.00 in total! Now..On Jan 3rd, I asked my son to go get some sandwiches. I had been ill and wasn't cooking! He ordered on the app and when he got back, two of the sandwiches were made like pig slop! It is not the first time, I've had crappy sandwiches from them and rude customer service! But the owner handled it right away! I called the number for Subway and went through the prompts to get the owner! I left a detailed message but never got a call back. You know what this now mean? I will never spend a dime there again! I'll starve first! I was assured the last time by the owner, that they would handle customer service issues~! But clearly, not much has changed!

Worst costumer service and worst sandwich in Bakersfield, and don't do curbside pickup they don't know how to use it the lady that works there calling me with an attitude cus she can't see my car come on really! definitely don't recommend this subway

Went to pick up my sandwiches and they gave them to someone else and basically tried to turn me away. Sure they remade my sandwiches but then rushed me away and it wasn’t even busy. Horrible staff tonight! Smh

This is my go to Subway. They take a long time if you order online an pick up. Go in for better service until they master it. We tried to online order it. And app order it several times and they have yet to get our orders right. Or have it ready. And it only for me and my boyfriend.In person. They are spot on.

I've ordered here online the last three times gotten my sandwiches all wrong this recent one both my sandwiches weren't toasted and was missing multiple items I asked for I called and the lady who answered didn't even know what to do and told me to come in with receipt then they called back And didn't believe that my sandwiches were missing multiple things very unprofessional
