Has to be the best subway in Bakersfield hands down! I come almost everyday for lunch since i work down the street. Norma,Nino, and Ashley are the best family of workers here! Always friendly and superfast! Being bilingual and seeing all 3 of them switch back and forth from english to spanish to accommodate customers is what you want at your store. Never had a bad experience here.

I really like the people that work here. It's close to my work, so when I go to subway, this is the one I go to. There's one close to where I live, but honestly, I like the one at weedpatch and brundage more. With the subway rewards, you basically get a couple of dollars off every time you go.

THE SUBWAY OFF OF HWY. 58 AND WEEDPATCH HWY. To the employees at Subway , Norma , her daughter and the young gentleman in there . Wow they are totally awesome and amazing, friendly and kind. I’ve been going to this Subway for quite a few years and never been to a place that’s so friendly when you walk into the door, they greet you. They are very clean people and I will not go to another subway I’ve had lots of ups and downs and wasn’t happy with them. All of you are very awesome thank you for your kindness. Respect. !!!!

I love the Subway at 8346 E. Brundage!! This subway is always clean and the food is fresh and delicious!! The people are friendly and the service is excellent!! Their manager, Norma keeps everything running smoothly and is kind and friendly!! I have had questions about ordering online and she was happy to assist me. Now, I often order online and my sandwiches are ready for me when I arrive. I highly recommend this Subway!! 😊

This location is great until they only have one worker wich is crazy. My husband has been waiting to order for 20 min as the employee got a huge online order mind you there is also someone in line in the drive thru. The poor girl is running around with her head chopped off management/ owner do better get better coverege!

If I could give it zero Stars I would. Met up with a friend there on her lunch and her sandwich was a joke it had barely any meat. So I proceeded to order a footling Italian bmt for me the way the girl made my sandwich was so sloppy and when I'm I tell you it didn't look like any other locations sandwich I mean it. I spent $30 on a footling for me a 6invh for my boys to chips and a drink and the bread they gave me was hard as if it had been sitting out over night. She added 4 shreds of ham and when I asked her why she would just put the ham as it goes she cleaned she did but it was just shreds she was also rude. I will never go back the veggies were all old and gross and the meat well melts just say most of the meat was missing

I have attempted without success to order via drive thru at this location. They do not have current items on their kiosk (only way to order). They do not respond to the "help button" and no one responded when I drove to the window to give my order. This location has one of the worst customer service of any restaurant that I have visited.

Got to this location at 6pm. Went through drive thru and started my order. A few minutes later an employee came out and said I couldn't order because they were already closing. But they had all these people inside the location. I asked her if I could order inside and she said NO.

Hands up I'm giving this Subway a 5-star rating for this location. It even has a drive-thru! According to the employees that's the only drive-thru in in Bakersfield. It was super clean when I went in and the employees were super friendly. I will be back! It's located right off of highway 58 and close to the railroad tracks by Edison highway.
