My sandwich was perfect
Just finished our delicious sandwiches. The bread was soft and very fresh. The staff was kind, polite, and speedy. The store was clean and well organized. We love our Subway Sandwiches store.
Service was very bad I feel just cuz me and my daughter were Mexicans he treated us differently as we was being very friendly to the ppl ahead of us me and my daughter got thrown with the sandwich on the counter top no bag no napkins very rude. I don’t understand why people work or have a job that they dislike and that has a lot to do with customer service. When they don’t know how to treat people or have great customer service. This just happened on 5/13 @ 9:20pm if Manager/ inspector could please see this and put a stop to it
Bad service
Our sandwiches weren't put together well and all the items fell off when we unwrap them to eat.
If you use the app to order ahead and the app says the order is ready, don’t expect it to actually be ready or even have been started when you walk in the door. You should always call each and every time you order from the app and ask if your sandwich is ready when they app says it’s ready. Super convenient technology in 2025👍🏻
No welcome by employee. Keep waiting for 20 minutes to order even guy was doing something on checkout system. Have to call to get my order
I was helped by an older woman. She got mad at the person in front of me because they told her they wanted it toasted and she forgot to toast it. The service was slow too and my sandwich looked like a tossed salad. I guess today was a bad day for her. I’m not going back to this location.

The person working tonight was so nice and she even got me to upgrade my meal with good suggestions. A+ for the ghost pepper bread recommendation

Don’t use the online order in advance service! Subs are made with minimal amount of ingredients at this location when you aren’t watching them make the sub. I have been watching the process for months, ordering subs almost every day. I am an expert on this subject as I have been watching Subway make my subs for 3 to 4 decades. I have been getting consistently short changed. By the time you get back to the office and unwrap your disappointing sub, it’s really too late to do anything. Today was the last straw as my chicken sub didn’t have any chicken.
Complaining to the store won’t work as clearly that leadership team doesn’t give a crap, or this type of problem wouldn’t be happening in the first place! Plus, you really couldn’t trust your food in the future after making a fuss. So, my only choice is to take my business away from Subway. Congratulations Subway, you just lost a 40 year faithful customer! What happed to you Subway??
You use to be so good. Here is a pic of my chicken sub from today which was made with minimal ingredients on old stale bread and no chicken!

Review for Subway on Stockdale Highway Beside Target
It’s been a while since I visited Subway, but I decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, my experience at the Stockdale Highway location left me disappointed. Upon entering, I noticed a barrier preventing customers from seeing how much meat is being added to their sandwiches, which raised some concerns.
I ordered a 6-inch tuna on Italian and a 6-inch meatball on Italian. The tuna sandwich had only one small scoop of tuna, thinly spread over the bread. Speaking of the bread, it seems smaller and skinnier than before. The employee then added lettuce and mayo to the tuna. When it came to my meatball sandwich, I asked for onions, and he placed only three tiny pieces on it. When I requested more onions, I was told they are now limited to three pieces per sandwich. I offered to pay extra for more, but what shocked me even more was seeing the employee touch the trash can and then attempt to continue preparing my sandwich without changing gloves or washing his hands.
The portions are noticeably smaller, the quality has decreased, and yet the prices have gone up. My two sandwiches, with no drinks or sides, came to a total of $15. With this level of service and quality, it’s hard to imagine this location staying in business for long.

I went there to get the egg sandwich 3:15 pm and after 10 minutes waiting when I order the guy say no eggs and then I told him very respectfully to that guy you should keep the sign of out of eggs to save the time of customers who wanna order the egg sandwich, he started misbehaving and tried to insult and he doesn’t had the name tag on his shirt but he was a short Mexican guy and when I asked his name he told me some weird own created fake name which I never heard.., Subway should check on it how employees can serve without name tags and how they should have behave with customers..,but however I’ll try to take with Subway management
They like to play games and serve you a handful of pickles you didn’t ask for on your meatball sandwich and give you a 6 inch when you paid for a foot long with 2x the meat. Train or hire better staff. No I wasn’t rude either, this was DoorDash. I never even saw them in person.
