I like this location but I always have to look inside to see who's working. They say the bathroom key is lost when you ask to use it. But only if certain employees are inside šŸ¤”. 3 stars could have been 5.

Idk if the guy was new or just didn’t care about his job but his name tag said Riley and I don’t think I have ever had somebody make a sandwich so poorly. My sandwich is spicy because of the amount of pepper he put on and burns my mouth due to the excessive salt he put on it. I didn’t ask him to remake our sandwiches because there was a long line due to how slow he moved. We waited 30 minutes in that store and there was only two people ahead of us in the store when we got there….they ordered two half tuna sandwiches, he took about ten minutes to make them and took almost 20 minutes to make our 4 sandwiches.

Walked in today 11/9/25 at 9:30am . Store was empty . The 1 worker middle aged white man didn't greet or say hello . All i heard was ā€œ Just 1 sandwichā€?. Theres 2 of us standing here you think 1 is gonna work no . He had no emotion on his face . Honestly looked mad they we were there to buy food . My wife asked for a flatbread which we were told was discontinued ??? Don't know if this is true as when we checked on the app at other stores they have it . The worker just has the worst attitude. Im sorry you work here buddy but this is your job . Wont be going to this location again . This is my first and last time

Sometimes I go here to get sandwiches, just because its close to my house šŸ  and don't wanna drive to a further location. There r always flies on the food. I have to ask them to keep the flies off my sundwich. This time around, I purchased the sundwiches, cuz I felt embarrassed to say I'm not gonna pay, but didn't eat it. The worker always looks unhappy, I kinda get it why, they r alone šŸ˜” and the pressure to serve so many might be the reason. Here 2 photos of the flies lol I just think its not sanitary, and had to post this time. This was my 3rd and last time shopping from this place. Hope management can keep up with the cleanliness.

I eat here regularly, but the quality and staff have gone downhill. There was a young girl who worked here for a while who was always positive and did a great job, but I guess she no longer works here. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back. There’s always a wait and staff is negative. Usually only one or two employees here and only one will be helping people. Mismanaged.

I had to reduce the rating because they don't participate in the Subway coupon program which is always a necessity with rising costs! When a Subway sanmie is pretty much the same price as Sequoia or Jersey Mike's with no coupon, I might as well go there where the ingredients don't look freezer burned!

Overall great just feel bad there is usually one personal working during the shift and it turns hectic at times if you are there and their is a line.

Very clean. Very professional. Employee was using the mop before I arrived, and before she prepared my order she made sure to wash her hands with a lot if soap. It’s rare to see that level of cleanliness. Will definitely be coming back to this location! Give this employee a raise.

I ordered a mobile order, cold cut and put pickles as one of the ingredients and next to it is states MORE. I also wrote a special instruction stating to add more pickles. I picked up my order and went home. Once i got home and opened the sandwich i did not find any pickles, not one. It almost felt intentional as i wrote it multiple times on the order. Without the pickles, the sandwich was nasty and not fulfilling at all. Very disappointed with subway.
