I placed order on line lady called me asked if I placed order on line and she hung up on me. I’ve gone there in person to order and the lady seems to get bothered when we ask for extras. Veggies look old if I had known which Subway it was I would not have ordered from there. Next time I definitely will double check🤦🏽‍♀️

My mother had stopped to get herself a sandwich before us heading to work. There was one customer in front of us getting her order in. When my mother started her order, she took out a cupon she had to double check what was it for and if she was going to be able to use it. My mom asked to start her order for a subway club sandwich;
The worker that was going to get her order rudely told my mom she couldn't use that coupon for the sub she wanted. So I told my mom, to just order what she wanted I'll be getting for her. So she wanted to continue her order, but the worker RUDELY AND WITH AN ATTITUDE TOLD MY MOM SHE COULDN'T USE THE COUPON! MY MOTHER TOLD HER I KNOW I UNDERSTOOD YOU, JUST DO ME THE SUB AS ASKING ILL BE PAYING FOR IT.
SHE THEN ASKED THE OTHER WORKER WHOM WAS DOING THE OTHER CUSTOMERS ORDER SO HELP US N SHE'LL BE FINISHING THAT ORDER.
ITS VERY UPSETTING TO GO GET FOOD LIKE YOU ENJOY EATING AND RECEIVE POORLY & RUDE SERVICE!

HONESTLY IF U DONT LIKE WHAT YOU AT WORK, FIND YOURSELF ANOTHER JOB. SOMETHING YOU DONT DISLIKE, LIKE CUSTOMER SERVICE! (LOL)
YOU JUST MAKING THE COMPANY/LOCATION YOU WORK FOR A BAD REPUTATION.

First time eating at this Subway. In my 34 years of eating Subway this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with the franchise. Aside from the fact that I could barely understand her, the lady who served me was incredibly rude (like someone who wants you to understand that they’re in a bad mood). She put the tiniest quantities of the veggies that I asked for and when I asked for extra onions she just put like 3-4 slivers more. I will never step foot in this subway ever again!

I just went today 9/29/24 I order 6 sandwiches and the lady was overwhelmed bc I said I wanted 6 subs and she said well if someone comes in I need help them first I just said okay. She keep messing up my order she got upset with me bc she didn’t ask if I wanted 6inc or footlong I keep saying I want footlong. The veggies look so old the lettuce was frozen and the cucumbers looks old like they have those veggies for a long time and don’t change it. Last time I go there.

The Arabic lady who worked today was extremely rude. I placed/paid for an online order through the Subway app, which I sent my bf to pick up. She was refusing to make the sandwiches for him because I didn't call to confirm the order placed on the app, he went in with the order confirmation, card used (which was his) and she continued to rudely tell him "Call, confirm. Call confirm". I've used the app before and never had to call and confirm an order already confirmed through the app. She then kept repeating "I void order. Call manager" when I called nicely the first time, asking what she needed me to confirm. I confirmed, phone number, last four digits of the card used, and my first and last name and order number. She then got mad and told me to speak to a manager and hung up. When I called back asking to speak to a manager or someone higher. She hung up. I called back and she answered and instantly hung up. She continued being upset talking loudly to my bf, while I was on the phone speaking to him as he waited. He asked to speak to a manager as well and she bluntly told him "No." Over all.. if you're hiring someone in a customer service setting, make sure they are qualified and can handle customers correctly and properly. I've been a supervisor in customer service for 10+ years. These employees are the face of the store and first point of contact when someone comes through the doors of your restaurant. To have that attitude of a rude employee to be the face of your store, you are pushing customers away versus drawing in business which truly explains the already rated, low star rating.

Ordered off the app and I got a phone call from the lady who was very hard to understand asking if I placed an order I said yes and she hung up on me. Then after about almost two hours she calls me again yelling at me to cancel. It was still hard to understand her so I drive down there and right off the bat after I told her who I was she proceeds to yell at me saying that she doesn’t want to cancel the order and saying I should that she don’t know what happened to our food and I wasn’t buying it so she then tries to say that she had already made the food and gave it to someone so go talk to them. At this point I just leave.
