It’s Christmas Eve, 12:55 PM, and the place is running a full skeleton crew—which apparently means me and one employee emotionally clocked out sometime before Halloween. Lunch hour should be happening, but instead it’s quiet enough to hear my expectations dying.
The lone employee is seated at a table, locked into his phone like it owes him money. When I reach the counter, he stands up and slowly migrates over, and we exchange the usual “hello” that both of us know means absolutely nothing.
I ask if there’s soup. He checks and reports back like a war update: “About a cup.” I accept this cup, because I am nothing if not an optimist.
I order my sandwich and slide down to the veggies—normally an “everything except jalapeños” guy, a proud maximalist. Today, however, the lettuce is discolored and limp, like it lost the will to photosynthesize. The spinach has a mysterious white film on it that I’ve never encountered and did not consent to. The tomatoes are small, mealy, and clearly having a bad year. At this point, my sandwich craving quietly excuses itself and leaves the building.
I sit down anyway, because hope is stubborn. I open the soup, crush the crackers (still professional), and take the first bite. Immediately—immediately—something is wrong.
This broccoli cheddar soup is sour. Not “hmm, interesting” sour. Not “maybe my taste buds are off” sour. Wrong sour. And I like Subway soup. I know what it tastes like. This tasted like someone kept the leftovers, questioned it briefly, and then chose chaos.
Subway’s whole reputation is consistency. You go there because nothing is supposed to surprise you. The sandwich is the same. The soup is the same. The disappointment is predictable. And yet somehow, this was the worst meal I’ve ever had from a place specifically designed to avoid this exact situation.
Do better.
Santa is watching.

If you'd like something that is freezer burnt and resembles a sandwich this is the location for you, light amount of mayo is as easy as squeezing the crap out of the bottle whenever the customer asks. Terrible listening skills, repeated questions, I now know where not to go.

Best subway xperience ever had. Thanks to Ankit who made the tastiest Tuna Sandwich for us. We were on long road trip and hungry so 24/7 saved us. as we have dietary restrictions, acknowledging that Ankit made the best ever sub for us. it was really really the best I ever had among all other subway locations . It was a tuna sub not on the menu but they have it. if u mention, they will make it for u.

I came in today on my lunch break and I had exceptional service from a super sweet woman named Heather, she was so attentive to detail and had great conversation. She was awesome! We for sure need more people like her in this world. She also talked me into making it a meal and I am so glad she did, Thankyou Heather! Also this store was very clean and organized. Everything was stocked. (:

This is one of the cleanest Subway locations I’ve visited, and the gentleman at the counter was both kind and professional

This place is absolutely horrible, the veggie’s always taste stale, they always lag on portions, then they’ll over charge for a sandwich that has hardly anything on it, never coming back to this location again

Best experience I've ever had at a subway. Never seen one open 24 hours before. Ankit made me and my sister probably the best sandwiches I've ever seen in my life and he did it with a smile and a great sense of humor at 12 in the morning. Peak customer service. Get this guy a raise.

This desi guy at the front working at midnight was very unprofessionally and sarcastically rude about my order.

Parking: Difficult to find the store and quite difficult to get into the alley size parking unless you want to walk to a lot several businesses away

Great place to have a sensible lunch. Especially if you have coupons. You can get two foot longs for under $15.
