Donuts are tasty but i’ve placed two orders with this company and nothing shipped on Wednesday like they said it would. My account was charged instantly and two Wednesdays later I have not received an update on my order.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME DRIVING TO THIS PLACE. This is the FOURTH time I come to this place and they are closed. This place is so unprofessional when it comes to running a business. They are always closed at the most convenient hours and that’s a sign they are probably going out of business or something. I’ll find another place who really cares about the consumer/customer. I’m very disappointed and hope you understand my frustration from someone who was a loyal customer..

Vegan is written on the window so I walked in thinking they'd know what was vegan. I thought wrong. I walked in and asked which donuts were vegan and none in the case were. The employee asked someone else what was vegan. She pulled out a tray of bare donuts. I asked if there were any options for vegan toppings. The person was also unaware and offered chocolate or caramel didn't known if they were vegan or not. So she dipped it in powdered sugar. The person was also rude the whole visit. Weird experience for a place that claims to have vegan options. The donut I got dipped in powdered sugar was good. It was expensive $5, without frosting which seems a bit much. The none vegan donuts looked amazing though, bummer.

After checking them out on their website, I was really excited to try their vegan donut. It’s such a cute place and smells amazing when you walk in. You start with the vegan donut base and then you get to pick your toppings. There’s powdered sugar, peanut butter topping, and Oreos - and I really should have taken notes, because I know there were some others. It was really, really good. I reserve 5 stars for fully vegan places, so you know I enjoyed it since I’m giving it 4. Maybe we can convince them to add some more vegan toppings?
