Donuts are tasty but i’ve placed two orders with this company and nothing shipped on Wednesday like they said it would. My account was charged instantly and two Wednesdays later I have not received an update on my order.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME DRIVING TO THIS PLACE. This is the FOURTH time I come to this place and they are closed. This place is so unprofessional when it comes to running a business. They are always closed at the most convenient hours and that’s a sign they are probably going out of business or something. I’ll find another place who really cares about the consumer/customer. I’m very disappointed and hope you understand my frustration from someone who was a loyal customer..

As someone else stated below, they were closed before stated hours. Went at 6:15 on a Friday to get Donuts for my sister's birthday. The door was locked - we will not be back. Especially if they are never opening back up LOL

came at 7:40 on wendsday ps they close at 8 and the doors where already locked & the lights where off i understand it's 20 mins before closing but drove all the way from fresno just to come to this bakery & they end up closing early??? VERY disappointed:(

I have contacted this place multiple times on multiple platforms. 1/2 my order was missing almost 2 months ago. I heard nothing for a month when trying to contact them. When they finally got back to me, I was promised the rest of my order. Guess what? Still haven't gotten the order they promised me 2 weeks ago. Yet I see on Instagram that they have restocked all over. Where is my order? They took my money and didn't fulfill their end. I am livid! I have been a loyal costumer for 4 years and this is the thanks I get?

Horrible customer service - no way to contact anyone. I emailed 2 times and DM'd once and no response. I placed an online order over a week ago and never received shipping confirmation (even though the email clearly states they ship out every Wednesday). Have better customer service! It's the main factor of owning a small business and keeps the loyal customers around!! Not that hard y'all!

We have been frequent customers and this last order was completely messed up. Half the order wasn't shipped. The ones that were shipped were loosely packed in a cardboard box no insulation. We have tried reaching out via email and social media and no response. Very dissatisfied.
