They don’t answer the phone. Called them literally 5 times and they just let the phone ring. Terrible customer service. I don’t know why nothing has been done about their attitudes yet.

Food was good but it was too cold inside of this place

Love this place! Everything is delicious. My son loves the churros. My other son loves the vanilla ice-cream with crumble oreos. The Nutella banana crapes are my favorite. Their milkshake are delicious, the ice-cream is delicious, their crazy milkshake and their crazy Sundaes are amazing as well. The environment is nice, chill and relaxing. I been to both locations and both locations offe or a chill environment. Its definitely a must try.

Ordered a strawberry funnel cake. The strawberries were fresh but the funnel cake was over cooked with a burnt taste and cold, had a crunch with every bite !!! They are definitely not made fresh to order.

Went today to pick up my order and nobody was at the counter for 10 minutes despite a small line forming. There was only one girl working and when she finally helped us, it turned out that she had not even started our order which, by this point, was placed 20 minutes prior. This caused us to be late for a movie we were excited for. Im extremely disappointed in the use of AI as a few months ago, there were real, nice photos on the menu and there was no reason to replace them with tacky AI. This new menu sent a message that your company would rather take the lazy way out and sacrifice quality and that has clearly reflected in their service.

Ordered from this place through doordash and they completely gave me the wrong order and went called to complain to the manager she basically didn’t give damn about what they did. Highly unprofessional

Amazing customer service, there was an issue with my Uber, a huge mixed up and I called Sweet bites n ice and they resolved it, they redid my order for me even tho it wasn’t the company’s fault, she didn’t hesitate to make it right for me , thank you so much, My kids were very frustrate since we were waiting for 2 hours because of uber, but she made their night. I can’t thank you enough. I highly recommend this place. Everything was so good. Will be going there for sure again. With my family, mind u I have 5 kids. They were all very satisfied. It was definitely worth the money. Their servings are huge.

It was amazing, just a bit overwhelming in a good way due to so many options on their menu! Something for everyone! Could you a couple highchair when bringing the kiddos but other than that very great experience!

Very tasty place 😋

They changed the recipe for the beignets though I suppose it’s been a year or so since the last time I went. They just use a puff pastry now which is fine if that’s what you’re craving but in essence tastes like a croissant. Maybe it’s just this location that does it idk. Also the funnel cake was a brick. But my brother says the mazapán shake was good.

Great craving satisfier. Long wait times but much better compared to their other location.

Now this place is the spot in Bakersfield for sweets I drive from Arvin just to go get me that Dubai Funnel cake and that Fresa con crema is my fav the customer service is great I think the girls name is Sessy she is so nice with a positive attitude always smiling and very helpful on telling me what's the best things on the menu
