SWEET BITES N ICE

I ordered a passion fruit drink with watermelon but they only gave me watermelon and it's not the first time this has happened. They've done it quite a few times. I didn't want to make a bad comment but I think they've already done it too many times. They've placed my orders bad and that's why I pay so that they give me what I ask for

This place is bomb! I was able to try the oreo milkshake and I absolutely loved it! I also got to talk to Team Lead Sherlyn and she was super welcoming and friendly! I will forsure be going back to try new things ?

My food was suppose to be ready at 9:15 and wasn’t. It was ready at 9:30. You would except it to be freshly made since it took a lil longer then expected but my funnel cake was cold and stale so dry to swallow.

Bought the 3 churros one oreo, strawberry and walnut and all three were stale! The strawberry had a chemical taste and ALL three were NOT edible!! Very upset cause it was not cheap!! A waste of money!!!!

I can never get tired of Sweets ! Been coming here since they moved to white lane and have always brought friends and family here even those out of town so they know if they ever pass through it’s an option for sweets or drinks

Came into the shop today for a family dessert to-go, got 3 churros (oreo, mazapan and original); all were delicious. The deep fried Oreos were also so tasty. While the music was a little loud for our taste, it was overall a great experience and we will be returning and letting our friends know about this great little shop!

One of the young ladies threw our food on the counter and saw that we saw her throw it and still didn’t apologize. I spoke to the manager on duty, Ashely. She did an amazing job in making it up and apologizing to us and made it clear that they do not tolerate that kind of behavior. I was impressed with her skills in taking the issue seriously.

The atmosphere is everything very aesthetically pleasing, the customer service is top tier Dee the manager is amazing and so genuine . Ash hands down is amazing at decorating the decadent desserts . Judith is awesome . The desserts are worth every dime!

This is an odd review for me as I'm not actually able to review any of the food or beverages. After seeing this place while picking up food one day, my wife and I had planned to go but never seemed to find the time.Finally tonight we were close and had the time so decided to stop in, after entering, we waited at the counter for five minutes, being passed by, by no less than 3 employees. We watched while they talked, showed each other their phones and continued to make food without even changing gloves.All that aside every single one of the lanky broccoli headed little runts looked at us multiple times and continued doing nothing without ever actually acknowledging our existence before we left.
