I ordered a Cheese and steak Quesadilla , And 3 sides for avocado. I got a 1/2 steak and half chicken which I did not order.. And paid for 3 guacamole. And got Charged . I don't know what the flip that is about. I mean, I ate it because I was hungry and tired and didn't want to bother with going back. They did whatever they wanted with my food Didn't even ask me if chicken was okay. They're is such thing called food allergies. What if I would've been allergic to the chicken? That's just crazy to me. Make sure you're asking what the customer wants First. Just saying. I worked in fast food for 8 years and never have. I done that to someone's order. I always check first And this is how you get bad reviews.

The place was nice and pretty big too. The food was delicious and great for a quick munch. This taco bell even includes and Mobile pickup.
The restaurant was cold so we didn’t eat there I got home my tacos were cold. I needed to use the restroom no one was available right away for the code. When they called my order out they didn’t wait to see if I needed anything else like tacos sauce. I had to call out to somebody in the back a few times to get their attention.

Worst Taco Bell in Bakersfield. Edgar M. is a rude, lazy, disrespectful jerk who needs to be fired. My taco was not wrapped up and it fell into the bag scattering the insides everywhere. I ordered a Mexican pizza and I got some sort of squished fries with gross hard meat all over it. When I called to get a manager, Edgar was rude,had an attitude and hung up on me. I will go back to get my refund and that's it. Disgusting, worst customer service. Even the manager was horrible. Didn't get her name. This whole store needs to be restaffed.

Super fast compared to other Taco Bell I've been too. Food is hot and correct too every time
This place is mostly automated had to use the kiosk because nobody was at registera . they got serval things wrong with the order although when brought to their attention they made it right. Atmosphere didn't like rap which was playing on the overhead speaker.
