Really bad service and very rude didnt want to help with anything at all the workers were just standing around not doing crap and there machines did not work right at all this is what there getting paid more money than us hard labor workers for doing nothing at all!!!

My only problem here, this time only, was the dry quesadilla. Usually you can't go wrong with the food here so I think it was a one off. The clerk at the window was awesome! Gave me my drink while I paid, smiled the whole time, made sure I had everything I needed, and thanked me for waiting. (Less than 5 minutes)

Don’t order a Crunchwrap, 2x I’ve had the wrap without the crunch. No tostada shell 💔☹️ Otherwise everything else we’ve gotten has been pretty good. Staff is always really nice & inside the place is pretty clean.

Every time I come here, I place a mobile order and have to wait way too long. Staff was friendly today, however, everyone was waiting a long time and they definitely didn't appear to be understaffed. I would warn not to go here if you're on lunch, because you will get back late.
Their tacos were very good but their chicken cantina bowl was not that good.

What is the point in ordering the head if when you get there you still have to stand there and wait for it to be made and it wasn't like I arrived on time I was almost 6 minutes after the estimated pickup time. Should have stuck with the one closer to home, there's almost always a line but they move a lot faster and never had to wait that long for an online order.

I just went to them to place my order but not a single employee came to the counter. Why are you standing there? I waited for 30 minutes and then went back from the counter but no one came to me and asked why are you standing there. All the staff is very bad and very rude. Very bad service here.
