The service is horrible, once you get your order you have to wait a long time and stand there like an imbecile waiting for someone to look at you. Potatoes were extremely old and hard. It's not right i eat Taco Bell everyday for lunch. I spent a lot of money.I do not appreciate this service

Food was good, service was terrible and employees are clearly sexist when it comes to using the restroom. Only females are allowed,this is awful! They also lied about their being someone in the restroom when I saw them leave with my own eyes. Do better because the one on Mt Vernon don’t act this way.

Drive trough girls are deaf, rude and just didn't care about what I ordered totally messed up my order poor customer service. Will not be using this drive through till they fix this issue.

I’ve gone to this taco bell for years and they’ve recently dissapointed me very much! Slow and inefficient service, rude employees. Shame! Used to be one of the greats! I hope management straightens them out

I recently visited this Taco Bell and had a terrible experience. The staff were rude and unhelpful. I never got to order. I stood there for about 5 whole minutes. Literally they weren’t doing anything but gossiping. This girl stood in front of drive thru window completely ignored me. The other came out the kitchen rolled her eyes and went back in. The restaurant was empty and drive thru. I don’t understand why people are so rude. If this is not a job for you quit and go back to school. The world is going through enough to make it worst by smiling at someone you can make their day. This is the girl that came up once I ask .. does anyone work here . I wish would have recorded just terrible.

I like the food at taco bell ok but it's not authentic Mexican food. I prefer authentic Mexican food. I do miss the Frito burrito tht they used to offer on their value menu tho.

They were extremely slow getting our food to us, yet we were the only two people in the place. It seems they were more intent on talking to each other and we saw them place two pick-up orders on their rack by the registers, but very little drive thru customers at the time.
