These places are REALLY expensive. I did not know that this particular Taco Bell did not serve customers at their counter. I waited at the counter for about 5 mins with various employees letting me know 'someone will be with you'. After 10 minutes a young lady comes out and lets me know that I can order at the kiosk. I asked if they no longer took customers at the counter and she says no, not often and proceeds to guide me to the kiosk. I order there and in a few my minutes my order is ready. Don't get me wrong, the staff were very pleasant and the store really clean but it's that service that rubbed me wrong.I just found it so odd that they would not take my order at the counter, even when they were not busy. I'll have to remember to check out other Taco Bell's and see if they are the same. If I come here again (probably not) I'll just use the drive-thru.

I order Uber delivery all the time. One meal costs me 23.00 for food, delivery charges, tip and Taco Bell's increased meal charge. When I go in it costs me just 7.50. Anyway if an establishment is going to charge extra they should at least look at the order carefully and put in exactly what the customer ordered. The meal comes with a Doritos taco, out of the last 10 orders delivered I have only gotten one Doritos taco. The rest of the orders it was a plain taco. I'm going to call corporate and report this. Also they do not put in sauce that is selected again no-one is carefully reading the order.
