Ordered supreme tacos, long wait, received plain tacos. Called and the person on the phone seemed confused. Won't be back because it seems every time I go thru a taco bell drive thru I get screwed.

This Taco Bell location has the best atmosphere and staff! They are so friendly and welcoming!!! Shane, Ariana, Ash, Rocko, Marcos, and Nicolas and Aliyah give the best service and hospitality. Please give them a raise! I’m a loyal Taco Bell customer but Taco Bell Inc. please lessen the cheese on your menu. Otherwise, this location is amazing!

This location #022450i had us waiting for 30 minutes in the drive thru It this was around 730pm -8pm on Tuesday 5/6/2025 I ordered two chicken quesadillas with extra meat and they gave me two pieces of chicken in my Quesadillas I went back to talk to the manager she didn’t care I asked her name and for corporates number and she said she didn’t have to give me her name and the number the name on the receipt was Shane C. She gave me a refund and walked away how she handled this situation was very unprofessional and she had no care if she lost a customer or not. That is not somebody you want working for your company. I wish I could if spoke to someone higher . Because as a customer I should have not left unsatisfied. As me being a manager myself.

Ash served me late one night 30 minutes before close and had the best attitude, helped me understand my rewards, the menu and its offerings, and even successfully upsold me in a kind and genuine way, which is huge because I rarely give in to upsales! I'm happy with the deal I got and this restaurant. Appreciate the crew who keeps it open til 3 AM on a Tuesday morning, y'all real for serving me my late craving.
