Dlyssa was super sweet always has a smile on her face definitely have a great employee on ur hands also this is the Taco Bell I go to yall never disappoint!!!
Claiming to not have my order and stating they are closed when its a hour before closing time
On 10/25/25 at 2:02AM (I have my friends receipt) I take my friend to get Taco Bell(she gets her items which include Classic Luxe Box and Regular Nacho Fries her total being 7.69). After dropping her off I decided I want to get Nacho Fries for myself. So I go to buy LARGE Nacho Fries which are $3.49 giving the cashier who was Sarah S $10.50. To which she proceeded to give me only .10 cents change and NO RECEIPT. I drove off because I was tired not paying attention and then realized the amount she gave me was incorrect. So I drove back to the drive thru asking for my correct amount and she proceeds to argue that I only gave her $5 bill. To which I tell her I gave her a YELLOW $10 bill and the correct change. And gives me AGAIN .10 cents as my change. To which I tell her I am owed $7.01 change. To which she grudgingly ONLY gives me $4.10. To which I am still owed 2.91. It’s 2AM so I get it we’re all tired and I work in fast food myself. BUT withholding money and not giving correct change is crazy. No matter if it’s $2.91. In this state of the world we all need that change. Especially if it’s OUR money. I know it’s NOT that serious to everyone BUT this is money on the line despite how small. I hope yall can check the footage that night about this employee to make sure checks and balances are being put in place. I’m including my friends receipt so you can have the time frame because I’m not lying. Maybe this will help you investigate your store. Me and my friend are loyal customers to this location I would hate to stop coming if employees are suspicious.

I have been to this taco bell in the past. We came today because we were around the area. I have a good tolerance for their food,😝 as I hear some don't💩 🥸lol.
The service is good.
The only thing we weren't happy about today, is that they forgot some food in our order! We had 2 different box orders including other meals & they put it all in a bag, It becomes messy from moving food around! & you don't know what you're fully missing until you get home because everythingis all together! 😤
If they aren't going to use a box, they should put what an individual box contains in it's own bag! It would Make it easier! Especially when it's a large order!
I'm not happy about them forgetting some of our food! Then they were working on the icy machine so we weren't able to get the icy drinks!

To be honest there service was somewhat kind, but there food was not the best, my beans and nacho cheese were cold, the suace packages were a disgusting mess making me lose half my appetite, the last was having to serve myself a refill only for there soda machine to be out of oder and I have to ask them to refill for me. Which is truly a big gripe im having, no service should be allowed like this, if I want to refill my drink or flask with soda as much as I want I will do so on my terms. They also have there restrooms with security codes, how incompetent for them to just deal with whomever is refusing to leave the restrooms by there own hands. A good reason to hire more employees to get the job done right and proper. I do hope they fix these problems, I froget to mention my parents nacho pizza were cold to as well, seem like there running our food on a salad bar instead of a grill, major upset. I don't recommend this taco bell do to it having bad food and leaving a stomach ache to your standards, instead show yourself to another restaurant with great food then here, not to familiar with many, but will look into it, have a great day to whomever reads this and hope this helps your hunger needs.

We were there 2 days in a row and the lady in the drive thru window remembered my with loves extra hot sauce 😋

You have to wait for 30 minutes for the power washing guy to finish cleaning the drive thru before you can get your food you ordered through the app. They can’t pause for a bit and let you through momentarily either. Pretty pathetic if you ask me. Do better.

I have not eaten there yet but I like Taco Bell in general. But their environment and their atmosphere seem great.

I work not even 3 min down the road. This is my usual lunch spot. Luxe Box is my go to because it costs $7.20 (with a large drink). What makes this spot great other than the calm atmosphere (dine in) is the customer service. What sets this place apart is the staff. They are extremely respectful, informative, and polite. Shout out to Maria!:)

The staff decided to give me a unportioned order then didn’t apologize but then gave me an ultimatum to either get a new order or get my money then had other employee approach me to intimidate me because I showed them the wrong they did .(TACO BELL OFF OF “PANAMA LANE”)
