3pm today went in and had the best service ever, got my drink cup ready for me and then made sure I got the right sauces when my food came out. Love the ppl working today!

This taco bell’s employees are so rude n don’t know how to talk, i went to drive thru n i paid for my food n they took the money out of my bank but the employee said oh we didn’t get the money, i showed them that look it went through n i even i showed them the bank app they kept saying “its saying pending” how uneducated do you have to be saying this, of course whenever you make a purchase it says pending for next business day until the whole payment is completed they didn’t give me my food n yes my money was taken out n i came back 2 days after n i showed them that look you guys took the money out n didn’t give me food but there was no apology nothing from their end, i really wish taco bell did something about their bad behavior, sorry taco bell employees like these give you guys a bad name!!

I went there to pick up my DoorDash order. I don't know why these people think we're crazy.😅 I just went to the drive thru to get my order and the girl working there was scamming me. She thought she was crazy. She gave me my packet first and didn't give me a drink with it. She was saying you don't have a drink. I showed her my receipt but I still have a drink. Then she gave me a drink with it. I don't know why she was doing this. The girl working was very rude. She didn't even listen to me. She just kept telling me that's everything, that's everything, that's everything.

I had an order for Dod S. When I went to pick up the order, they delayed it by 15 minutes and when the order included four drinks, they didn't give me a cup holder. When I asked for a cup holder, they told me to take the order. Bakersfield duty tacobell
Ive only gone through the drive through at this location but they are friendly quick and accurate they did get my order wrong once but they quickly fixed it and had me in and out quickly overall experience was great

Very cold no one wanted to assist was told to use kiosk and my order was completely wrong when I tried to call restaurant no answer at all I tried for about 30 min and no answer HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!

I just visited tacobell at panama and I am highly disappointed with the service. The lady at the cashier is rude and the manager was more rude than the cashier. When I told the manager my concerns about the cashier, he said you can go corporate on us and I am not going to give you my name. This is how you guys treat your customers. The guys name was Brandon, none of the crew members were wearing name tags. I am never going to visit this store again and I will tell everyone I know who visits this store to stope going there. You need to train your employees and managers better they should be more humble towards the customers. If I could give 0 I would. Never visiting this place
