I'm always disapointed when I come here, I'm done. The service is very slow and subpar. It's always something like not giving me the sauce I ask for that --even on the order ticket! Or not removing sour cream when I requested it. Working at TB really isn't that difficult guys.

Seven straight times I’ve been there. I don’t know what I need to do to make them understand no sour cream means no sour cream. Do I gotta go back and make it my damn self. Oh, we are sure positive we will not put sour cream on there, sir…alright well you did the last six times. I get home sour cream all in my shit every single item even the items that aren’t supposed to have sour cream. Bunch of over paid punk kids. And to think to they get paid $20 an hour, + all the food prices go up, not to mention a damn robot takes my order now! SMH

On April 21, I stopped by Taco Bell to pick up lunch to take to the soccer park. I ordered 2 steak quesadillas. When I got to the soccer park, I had a taco and a bean burrito in my sack. I called them to let them know. Carrina was very apologetic and said she would remake them if I came back. I did so hours later. Everyone was very apologetic, and worked quickly to get me the correct order. They gave me a free soda for the inconvenience. Mistakes happen, how it’s resolved and everyone’s attitude both customer and employee, goes a long ways toward repeat business. I give this restaurant a 5 star review, because they took care of me, and I was friendly toward them without attitude. Thank you Carrina and crew.

Wow! The prices sure have gone up. The standard items as tacos are the same and quite good. Once you get into the fancy burritos you really get a soggy mess in a wrap. The other items which are quesadilla knock offs were good, but not for the high price.
