It’s not a bad location. I would just avoid this place during afternoon hours when the nearby HS ends. The place becomes very raucous during this hour. I can’t really fault the workers for getting my order incorrect during this time. Otherwise it’s a decent TB to go for your cravings.

Quality of food has gone down and I absolutely HATE that I have to speak to a robot at the drive thru and not a normal human being. It sometimes can't hear me and makes me repeat myself up to 5 or 6 times and is infuriating. The food itself used to be very good but it is not even that great anymore which is sad. Also not even as affordable as it used to be. Very dissapointed.

One of the worst locations. The employees are less human than the drive thru bot. Baja blast tasted off. “Loaded” nachos were thrown together with no care. If you’re on your way out of town, go to the Taco Bell in Lebec. A dollar pricier on some items but they make everything fresh at that location.

Employee at the drive thru with 0 customer service skills. She didn't smile, greet, start conversation, or any general positive customer service.Instead, she turns her back to us and leans against the glass door, checking her phone every few seconds. For being paid $20 an hour, I am surprised at the service received.

The wife requested tacos with no cheese and the associate told her the ones with pink wrappers have no cheese. This is wonderful customer service going the extra mile.This was the Taco Bell located on Buena Vista and White Ln.

Drive-thru: sat at window for 8 minutes and still got my order wrong. Missing food - yay! Need to pay them $40 or $50 an hour because apparently you only get incompetent employees for $20 an hour.

After 40 years of being a Taco Bell fan, this location finally convinced me to never visit again. Slow service, items missing, no manners, no pride in the product. And higher prices then most sit down taco spots.
