For the past three days I’ve got my tacos not made correctly. Whenever I pull up to the window they never want to talk or make sure things come out okay. They I’ve me the bag and push me out. With the wages they make now standard is key and I will not be telling my neighbors to come here. If they want Taco Bell they can do to the Ming or white lane ones. Better quality and you get to talk to people. This place has great quality but the customer care is honestly one of the worst in Bakersfield. Every time I ask for something it’s either taken off the menu or they can’t. When I lived in Alabama every thought the encharito is not available they always made it for me because it’s common sense how to make it to be honest and this place has told me no for that then kk for the double deckers and then guess what??! They bring them back and then they know how to do it. Quality is number one !!, so Taco Bell what are you doing do bring up the customer service at your establishment?

I don’t know who works at this location or how old they are or if they’re playing or what are you doing but they are not listening to you when you they take your order. I had to go through the drive-through three times because they did not listen to me the first two times. And as I’m leaving, I hear them laughing. I don’t know what’s funny but when someone’s hungry, they go through the drive-through text expect food to be what they ask for. Not have to go around three times. I hope they fix the problem. I went today close to three. I hope next time it won’t be this way. I also wanna add I had to go around again after three times because they also messed up on my other food so wow. They won’t get it right unless you make them. After 4 times. Im over this Taco Bell

Ordered food last night and it All tasted like it was sprayed with a chemical Of some sort. We literally had to spit it out. The Mexican pizza shell and the taco shell were the worst. The next morning my husband said he could still taste the chemical taste. It was actually quite scary. I sent a message to corporate but no response.
