Worst Taco Bell in Bakersfield, go in for breakfast the coffee pots broken the cash registers are broken just close it up! Didn't dine in or out because we didn't eat there because the cash registers were broken and they had no coffee cuz the coffee machine is broken

Horrible Taco Bell. Always messes up our order or forgets something. If we ask for no sour cream they put sour cream. They always forgot chips and cheese or will only put one but not the other. Even worse the cantina chicken tacos they literally put like two little pieces of chicken in my whole taco. Ridiculous. We live up here so it’s our only option for a quick meal. It doesn’t matter what time of day you go they mess up your order. Worst taco bell in town.

I dont always leave reviews,
But this taco bell stood out to us!
We went to this taco bell between 310 and 320 pm on 09/08 24 and the young man at the window was exceptionally polite and proffessional!
He also handed us the freshest bag of food that we literally have ever gotten from a taco bell.
I just wish every taco bell coukd follow these standarsds!
The shells were so crunchy ann it was all so fresh and good.
Unfortunately we live far from this taco bell.
The young man at the window is one of the most kindest and polite person that we have dealt with at a drive thru.
Thank you to him!
I wish that i woukd have took his name!

I don't know what's going on lately. But the taco shells taste like they are right next to the deep fryer, absorbing all the smell. So when you eat them, they taste awful. Sometimes they taste normal but most of the time they taste like old deep frying oil.

Ordered ahead. Went into cafe to pickup food. We were driving and getting tasks done, so by the time we drove away with food we noticed the food was extremely greasy and squished. We didn't have time to go back or call., better quality on Niles.

I order a cantina salad, they only add two pieces or chicken and you could hardly see the black beans. I went to tell them and they said I can get my money back if I want to, that was so weird, I was very disappointed and left hungry ?

Employees are very unfriendly and unprofessional. I stopped in with my family around lunch time. There were only two other people in the restaurant and one car in the drive thru. We got our food to go and my kids decided they wanted slushies so I ordered them on the kiosk. Waited 5 minutes. After it was apparent that nobody was going to get them, I asked for them. The moody dark haired woman said they were out of that flavor and only had Mt Dew ones. I asked for a refund and she begrudgingly gave it to me. I walked outside, saw they gave us a wrong food item (had meat, we are vegetarian). I told the lady it was wrong, she did not apologize, looked up the reciept like she didn't believe me, had them make another then threw it down on the counter and walked away without a word. Incredibly rude. Also, their station that holds the sauces, napkins, sports, etc was completely empty. Not a thing in it which I have never seen before and never once were we offered sauce or a utensil. They need better workers, especially at the front of the house. They lost 4 customers today.

When I first placed our order at the window half my order was not filled. We arrived at the window paid for our food and waited after we ordered the other half of it again. Then I had to get out of the car walk into the restaurant and get a refund because the soft tacos the crust was hard and it was breaking I couldn't even hold it in my hand I told her to refund my money I'm not going to eat this. She did it with a smile on her face she says I'm so sorry I don't know what happened I think the managers owner is trying to save money and put stale food out there I'm sorry but I'm going to speak my mind.
