I don't know what's going on lately. But the taco shells taste like they are right next to the deep fryer, absorbing all the smell. So when you eat them, they taste awful. Sometimes they taste normal but most of the time they taste like old deep frying oil.

Taco Bell has lost the meaning of customer service. You are pretty much forced to place your order at a kiosk, no option for paper receipt, and the employees still can't get your order accurate. Your name is called and the employee places your order on the counter and walks away. No follow-up or asking if you need anything else.

But this taco bell stood out to us!
We went to this taco bell between 310 and 320 pm on 09/08 24 and the young man at the window was exceptionally polite and proffessional!
He also handed us the freshest bag of food that we literally have ever gotten from a taco bell.
I just wish every taco bell coukd follow these standarsds!
The shells were so crunchy ann it was all so fresh and good.
