Really nice taco bell with very friendly and helpful staff. I looked at certain combos online on my app before I came. I noticed the drive-thru prices or significantly higher on the combos than in the app. Drive-thru staff helped me understand how ordering on the app works and even explained that you want to do it about 10 minutes in advance so that they have time to get the food ready and then all you have to do is pull in, give them your name and then pull around and pay . I got my combo at the price that is on the app which made me very happy. The food was great. The chips were crispy and fresh, the soda was highly carbonated (hate flat soda) and we were pleased with our meal.
Hate the changes to the menu simply cuz it feels like they could have added the new things without taking away so much. This is not the cheap eats it used to be...but it's good girl?. I would have given five stars to the food but they threw all the cheese in the wrapper instead of on the actual taco So when I unwrapped it to eat it cheese fill all in my lap and got in the floor?. There was not a car behind me. Y'all can slow down a little.I was exhausted and accidentally said the wrong combo. When I asked her to change it, she was very gracious and did not skip a beat.

At the time of my walk in visit, none of the employees had knowledge to guide the customer through the process of ordering online, which I was told is the only way to order. There was absolutely 0 help with how to receive my free product. And the employee exhibited 0 concern. I know the employees may not have a lot, if any, customer service experience but the standard should be no less than being able to guide customers with the ordering format online since that's the only way if you must go inside as a walk in. It sucked!!! And I remembered why I stopped patronage years ago.

We stopped here for a late lunch. The staff are friendly and the restaurant is clean. The food was delicious and satisfied my craving.
Usually a good location. I submitted a mobile order and didn't receive 2 of my items. And food was old and cold. And didn't taste right. Drive thru attendant didn't want to be there ( which I understand) but they didn't need to act like I was an inconvenience.

I rate it a 2 because of customer service there. This particular Taco Bell has the worst customer service i have ever been served with. For example If i have a problem with my order the workers have made it seem as if im asking for free food and this is on more than one occasion . Other than the horrible customer service the food i would rate an 8 as for flavor and freshness goes. Also VERY IMPORTANT.. There are way too many homeless people hanging around smoking drugs right in the parking lot! A person wants to eat in peace not worry about homeless people pan handling for money. Not good for businessParking: They have plenty of parking space.Wheelchair accessibility: There isa wheelchair ramp at the door to the parking area
