It was OKAY they didn’t have cups or any mild sauce and there were like no other customers there at all and they still took a while to get 1 chalupa and 1 quesadilla ready.

I came today and ordered a bunch of food. One being a 9 dollar box and i said no vegetables on anything and when i got home it had lettuce all through it and so i brought the burrito back and the lady on the intercom told me that they didnt put vegetables even though i could clearly see the lettuce and so they took it back and re did it and when i got home again this time there were tomatoes all theough it and there was still lettuce and so i called and the same lady tryed to tell me i didnt say tomatos and i only said lettuce and caboge even tho i know i said no vegetables because i didnt even know it came with cabbage so that makes no sence why she would say i said that

That AI service in the drive thru is absolutely asinine! I repeated 3 x to the robot and 2x to a person that I wanted SOFT tacos. Nope I got hard tacos and a burnt ass burrito with no sauce. Baja Blast is literally your "thing" and your out! As well as the young women working the windows was rude, rude, rude!!!!

i was having a terrible day and decided i’d get some food to end the night. usually, the mt vernon location messes up my order every time. however, the cashier seth double checked my bag and i even heard them ask where an item was. after so many bad experiences i really appreciated the time that they took to look over my order and make sure everything was in order. definitely made my day better :) thank you seth.
