I went in the store tried to use the kiosk.couldnt find what I wanted. Asked if they could take my order after waiting for someone to acknowledge me. I had a very specific order. I was told they couldn't take my order I ask a second time to confirm and was turned down. I wZ not asked for any assistance. I turned around and left not placing an order. I went in at 12:10 pm on 07/14/25.. it was a young man that was doing cash money and drive thru.ðŸ˜

Used to go here all the time however that is gonna change now due to the fact that there is a worker that is a tall guy with a lot of tattoos as mistreating me because of my race and he told me today to get out of here and don’t come back. Very saddened to give this fast food restaurant a bad review as I never do this however, this is unacceptable behavior and extremely racist and I hope that the community grows better.

I usually don’t have any issues with this Taco Bell I go here pretty often, and the service is usually fine. But today, they really let me down. I ordered large nacho fries, but they gave me a small instead. Mistakes happen, so I went back around to let them know.
I wasn’t expecting or wanting extra fries; I just wanted the size I paid for. But instead of letting me keep the small fries they gave me by mistake, the employee took them back, threw them away, and then gave me the large fries. That’s such a waste of perfectly good food, and honestly, it rubbed me the wrong way. I wasn’t asking for extra food but throwing it away made me feel like maybe i shouldn’t have gone there if they were just going to waste food like that
This could’ve been handled so much better. I hope management addresses this because I love Taco Bell, but wasting food like that just isn’t right.

I sat and ate. Then asked for the restroom code and the employee said it was for paying customers only. I thought that was kind of rude. The entire time I was eating there was a total of 3 customers altogether, and she was the one that called my name for the order I made on their kiosk. There's no way she didn't recognize me.

I ordered online, the Cantina Chicken Bowl didn't have what I requested on it. I ordered the seasoned fries, which I didn't get. Plus everything I didn't want. They fixed it to a degree. They were not pleasant to a homeless guy waiting. I had to ask for help on the inside. It wasn't a pleasant experience at all. My order number was 926933. It had everything I removed.
Food was decent but tasted old for our breakfast items.

This is such a nice Taco Bell. The employees are professional and courteous. Our order was correct. It was delicious. The new chicken tenders were recommended. They were right! Yummy and not at all dry. There was this lovely employee who bought lunch for a local, frequent person who's down on his luck. It was heartwarming to see that he was treated with such civility and kindness. We'll definitely be returning and recommending this Taco Bell location
