Quality is terrible when it comes to food and it makes you think, “would they actually eat this?!?” The food is not sanitary and would not be considered up to standard amongst other taco bells in the city.

The order was correct, spot on. The man, young gentleman at the drive through window was super polite, attractive, didn't call me "ma'am", and obviously raised with manners. Taco Bell food just isn't the same as it was in its hey day and they really, REALLY, need to revisit their menu options, offerings, marketing, etc.

I was here on 09/20/24 in the AM to order TWO things a simple crunch wrap supreme and a Pepsi I'm left standing there for 10 mins waiting for a cashier to check me out I was paying cash when this smart ass teenager asks if I had been helped and I answered no obviously especially since I had been standing in clear view for 10 mins she catches this attitude with me and says that she didn't need an attitude from me and says I'll wait until the cashier shows up I told her to cancel my order I people these days have zero respect do NOT ORDER from here

I submitted a mobile order. The app advised the food was ready for pickup, I waited ten additional minutes to get my food as the only able person to hand the food out was drive thru. No one else acknowledged me while I was waiting patiently for them to hand my food over the counter because it was not where it was supposed to be. Then noticed the lead on duty answered a cellphone with her gloves on, this is very unsanitary and not customer friendly.
